Well, since I was talking about Flashbacks this weekend, might as well do another one.

As a note, I write this directly in the blog editor, so I’ve never had a copy of them saved on my computer…UNTIL NOW!  Yes, thanks to blogbooker.com, I was able to create archived versions of every Flashback from 2016 until today, and they are now available as a part of the rant archives in very large Word documents.

And now, one national nightmare ends, and another one is just beginning.

It’s a potential defining week for pro wrestling in the US.  So, you know, hopefully lots of opportunities for wacky memes.

Well, this week is certainly a bummer.

And now, the beginning of the worst few months in the life of Vincent Kennedy McMahon!

So….King of the Ring time, eh?

I wonder how much some of the guys weigh?  Maybe they’ll address that.

In other awful news, Hulk Hogan debuts for WCW this week.

Man, those clowns in WCW, always trying to turn it into a circus sideshow!

No, I mean literally.

It’s the first day of February, and the first Flashback of the month.  Hopefully the weather will flash back to being warmer than the interior of my deep freeze again sometime soon.

And speaking of ice cold, we’ve got WCW to lead off the new this week…

Happy New Year!  Welcome to the first Observer Flashback of 2018.  Man, I’m getting old.

First up, it’s big business for the WWF on the Wrestlemania Revenge tour…

Take two!  I started this one on Boxing Day and ended up getting distracted by going to see Jumanji and a hockey game and stuff.  So instead I reposted Spring Stampede in preparation for this one and did what I do best:  Procrastinated!

But before all the big stuff this week, Titan Sports loses a landmark court case that would end up having ramifications to this very day!

OK, 2005 posts are FINALLY complete, and I got to see Star Wars, so let’s get back to Observing.

“A couple of world title changes, a filing of a sexual harassment grievance and a major loser leaves town match headline the news of the past week.”

Sounds juicy!  Let’s dig in.

Hey, so the Wrestlemania X flashback was actually one of the most-read I’ve ever done.  I guess that Bret Hart guy might be a draw after all.  However, even bigger than Wrestlemania, another showdown is brewing…

So, man, did you guys hear about that Wrestlemania X show?  The one with the weak card and C-level celebrities?  What a flop.  Let’s check out the trainwreck right now…
