First up, we’ve got Scott Herrin’s TNA Bound for Glory 2025 review, Garth Holmberg reviewed an episode of AWA All Star Wrestling from October 7, 1989, Phrederic reviewed the Marigold Dream Star Grand Prix from September 14, Rock Star Gary reviewed an episode of WCWA from May 28, 1988, Alex Podgorski uploaded a new 5-Star BOOK Review with part 17 in the Mitsuharu Misawa book saga, Jabroniville gave us a new Joshi Spotlight, LScisco posted a new WTWWW for WWF Wrestling Challenge for June 14, 1994, Megabucks has a new edition of Tooned In for Hulk Hogan’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling, and finally, Kat has the latest review of last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw!
The Rock Reveals What Influence He Has In Booking John Cena’s Final Opponent
The Rock talked about the level of influence he has over booking John Cena’s final opponent and said that while he does have a “tiny bit of influence in the booking of it”, the final decision on who Cena faces lies solely with Cena himself. One thing The Rock did clarify, however, is that Cena’s final opponent will not be himself or Triple H.
Seth Rollins Sidelined From WWE Programming Due To Injury
The Vision turned on their leader, Seth Rollins, last night on Raw, with Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed both delivering their finishers to Rollins to close the show. It has now been reported that the reason this was done was to write Rollins off of TV to allow him time to recover from a shoulder injury he picked up during his Crown Jewel champion vs. champion match against Cody Rhodes last Saturday.
CM Punk Earns World Heavyweight Title Opportunity on Raw
Also on Raw, CM Punk became the new number one contender for Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Title. Punk defeated Jey Uso and LA Knight in a Triple Threat match in the main event of Raw, delivering a GTS to Uso to pick up the win. After the match, The Vision came out to beat down Punk before the faction imploded to close the show.
Another WWE NXT Developmental Talent Released
Former NXT developmental wrestler Summer Sorrell has announced her release from the WWE in an Instagram post and expressed her gratitude towards the company for the opportunities provided to her.
