TNA Impact Bound for Glory Review – 10.12.25

Well, we’re here. Everyone wake up and put on your shoes. We’ve been Bound for Glory for months now but we’ve arrived. We’re at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA. Tom Hannifan, Matthew Rehwoldt are here as is Gabby LaSpisa handling the backstage (and MCing the Hall-of-Fame ceremonies.) So, everyone is here and the stakes have never been higher, we have company honor to restore (and contracts to/not to renew.) So, let’s engage in some Impactful Discourse, shall we? We shall.

(NOTE: The feed cut out and had to finish this in the morning. I also eschewed the Hall of Fame particulars since the matches would be long enough for this article. I can circle back and get them if the people want t.)

After the introductions, we see Mike Santana and Trick Williams walking backstage.

BUT WAIT, the Personal Concierge, he didn’t want this in Boston but in New York City. Everyone should be talking about Bound For Glory; they should be talking about By Elegance Brand – who were robbed and here they are now.

Knockouts World Tag Team Title Match: M and Heather by Elegance (with the Personal Concierge in tow) vs. the Iinspiration

Ash by Elegance walked them from backstage but then headed back. The Iinspiration come out next. Hannifan talked about their debut four years ago at Bound For Glory when they won the Tag Titles. We get a moment of Aunt dancing until the Brand attack the champs. Heather threw McKay out of the ring and Heather and Cassie start the match. Me tagged into the match and hit a series of shoulderblocks in the corner. M hit a vertical suplex for two. Hannifan starts to get excited for a Rebrand party if By Elegance wins. Meanwhile, Heather tagged in and beat on Lee. She choked Lee on the ropes with her foot and then hit a back elbow in the corner.

Heather dropped Lee to the mat and hit a seated dropkick while M came hit the Coast to Coast (!) on Lee from the opposite side of the ring for two. That was impressive.

McKay made it back to the apron but M tagged Heather who continued to boot Lee in the corner. Lee rallied and hit a back elbow as Heather charged the corner. She slugged M and then hit a flying hair slam on Heather as both combatants were on the floor. M tagged back in the match. Heather tagged and hit he bow-and-arrow/double stomp spot for two-and-a-fraction before McKay broke up the pin.

McKay threw Heather out of the ring and then stopped Concierge from attacking McKay by leaping a swipe and kicked him to the floor. She also got the tag and hit a series of back elbows on M and then threw Heather into the corner. She hit a series of flying forearms and meteoras on both members of the By Elegance Brand. She hit a knee smash on M and then threw Heather into M to set up the big boot to M who held Heather and dropped her into a DDT for a two count.

McKay picked up M and tried to set up the Press Release but M fought out of it until McKay came back with a back elbow. However, M caught McKay with a pump kick off the ropes for a two-count. M picked up McKay and held her for Heather to slug her. However, heel miscommunication ensued as McKay escaped and Heather slugged M. M reeled to the ropes into a Lee roundhouse kick. Lee got in the ring and the Iinspiration tried to set up for the Iidolizer but M backflipped out of it (not landing on her feet and partially dumped on her head but nothing seriously damaging.) However, McKay avoided a clothesline, got behind M and NOW we get the Iidolizer for the win and he retainment.

And now, for the main card. We get the National Anthem from the US Marines. That leads to a natural segue to our first match:

International Championship match: Frankie Kazarian vs. Steve Maclin

Maclin made his way to ringside first. Hannifan spoke of Maclin’s service in the United States Marine Corps and we seem give his mom a hug. Interesting, this is first singles match at a Bound for Glory event. Kazarian is next and saunters his way down to the ring. However, Maclin was not waiting and hit him with flying clothesline between the ropes.

Maclin threw him into the ring and beat on hi in the corner, including the 10-punch turnbuckle spot. Maclin threw Kazarian into the corner and over the turnbuckles. Maclin chopped away at Kazarian on the floor and then threw back into the ring. Kazarian finally got some offense as he ducked a shoulder block into the abdomen and hit the jumping legdrop that draped Maclin over the ropes. Kazarian followed it with a sunset flip over the ropes and onto the floor.

Kazarian threw Maclin into the ringsteps. Kazarian soaked in the boos and accosted Maclin’s mother and threatened her to hit him. Maclin’s mother gave her the double bird. This gave Maclin time to recover and attack Kazarian and booted him on the floor. He threw Kazarian into the ring and got a Thesz press off the ropes. He threw Kazarian into the corner and hit a forearm smash; however, Kazarian stopped a second attempt and attempted the chicken wing. Maclin escaped and hit the Olympic Slam. He continued to attack Kazarian in the corner and got him in the Tree of Woe. He tried to hit the Crosshairs but Kazarian lifted his head. However, Maclin stopped himself and grabbed Kazarian and applied his own chicken wing.

Kazarian escaped and tried for a cradle and grabbed the rope for extra leverage with the referee caught and admonished the champ. Kazarian continued, though, and hit the backstabber and a sliding clothesline. Kazarian went for a spring board kick but Maclin blocked it and applied a Boston Crab of this own until Kazarian grabbed the ropes.

Maclin tried for the KIA but Kazarian blocked it. A series of punches were blocked and evaded until Kazarian hit a Pele Kick and then hit the Angels’ Wings (an homage to his former partner, Christopher Daniels) for two-and-a-fraction. Kazarian continued to beat on Maclin and put him on the turnbuckles and setup for the Fade to Black off the second turnbuckle. Maclin bit Kazarian (ewwww) to break up the attempt.
Maclin, though missed the flying headbutt and rolled to the apron. This gave Kazarian A chance to hit a slingshot cutter for two-and-a-fraction. Kazarian, taunted the fans and started to kick Maclin. Kazarian put Maclin in the corner and set up a Tree of Woe for him and hit his own Crosshairs. He soaked in the boos but Maclin sat up and Kazarian hit the turnbuckles. NOW, Maclin hit the Crosshairs and then hit the KIA for the victory and regained the International Title.

Post Match: Carlos Silva gave Maclin the tile and the camera cut to some members of the UMSC who stood in support. Maclin went to his mom and gave her the title as the two shared a hug and a middle finger to the camera. Now, that is America.

(side note: Shout out to the two guys right behind Hannifan and Rehwoldt in full Dudley cosplay. We also get a quick shoutout to the French announcers, Benoit Corsette and Handsome JF. They run down the event in French.) We go back to Hannifan and Rehwoldt who run the card – in English and then throw to LaPrisa. She introduces Williams with his lawyer.

Williams said LaPrisa shouldn’t be questioning him but thanking him for setting all the attendance records, the viewership and putting TNA on his back and making it “Trick N A.” He knows that people don’t like him, ergo his lawyer is here. He is also there to make sure all is called down the middle. If there are any problems, he is putting cases on all the snitches. Santana has a family but so does Williams. TNA doesn’t belong to the person with the best story, rather who is best for business – and that is Williams as they leave off shot.

We get a recap of the Blanchard and Miller feud with the same packages and vignettes as the previous two weeks.

Grudge Match: Tessa Blanchard (with Victoria Crawford in tow) vs. Gia Miller (with Jody Threat in tow)

Blanchard is out first in her blue Diamond gear and Crawford wore a tassel-laden outfit. Blanchard STRUCK THE POSE as we get Miller’s music. The band Chasing Shadows wrote and sang her theme are they are in attendance. Miller and Threat are adorned in all black. Blanchard and Crawford sat at the announce table and poked fun at Miller’s entrance. Two YouTube guys are in attendance and exchange high-fives with the duo. Threat tried to get the crowd riled for Miller.

The bell rang and gave Miller an opportunity to get a headlock on Blanchard and get a headlock takeover, which Miller does but is broken up with a quick headscissors. Blanchard started to put the boots on Miller and bad mouth her. Miller, though, grabbed a snapmare and a cradle for two. Miler attacked Blanchard on the ropes but Blanchard snapped her neck on the ropes and Miller fell to the mat. Blanchard dragged Miller to the corner and choked her on the corner and positioned her head on the ringsteps and dropped a boot on her head.

Blanchard continued to beat on Miller and hit a vertical suplex on the ring steps (her leg also banged on the ringpost.) Blanchard dragged Miller over to where her family is continued to beat on Miller with Crawford cheering her onward. Blanchard threw Miller into the ring and choke her on the ropes – Crawford got a cheap shot as Blanchard distracted the referee. Blanchard hit a superkick and pulled her arms around the ropes. Crawford tried to interfere and hit Miller but the referee admonished her. Threat dragged her off the apron and to the mat which was more effective. Most effective was the referee’s decision to eject Crawford from ringside.

Blanchard protested and Crawford resisted but security arrived to escort her. Blanchard tried to interfere with the security. This gave Threat a chance to climb to the top rope and hit a senton to drop the whole lot. Threat chased Crawford up the walkway and backstage. Meanwhile, Miller revered and hit a Thesz press off the ropes and pounded on Blanchard. She hit a monkey flip out the corner and then hit a reverse flying bodypress (filed under “didn’t get all of it”) on Blanchard for a two-count.

Miller hit a running clothesline in the corner but a second attempt was met with a superkick. Blanchard got on the turnbuckle and hit 10-punch spot and then removed the padding from between the ringpost and buckle and shoved Miller’s head into the exposed area. Miller, though, manage to reverse it with a headbutt and then carried Blanchard to the middle of the ring for a powerbomb. However, Blanchard produced the old heel tactic of a row of quarters and slugged Miller, who crumpled to the mat and Blanchard got the victory (despite the referee being in full visual contact with the quarters on the ground.)
Post Match: Blanchard celebrated as Rehwoldt called out the Starrcade 1986 match with Dusty Rhodes that had the same finish. Hannifan postulated if Miller would have won without the roll of quarters being introduced. Rehwoldt said the world will never know,

We will know the Medical Status of the combatants with the Bioflex Medical Update

Hendry is considered TBD after suffering the piledriver on the chair from Young (cough contractexpiration cough.) Santana and Williams are cleared as are the Dudleys. Matt Hardy is still suffering from lingering injuries from his table spot a few weeks ago during the First Class Penthouse segment with A J Francis.

We get a recap of how Mance Warner got the last spot in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match and Lei Ying Lee has the number one spot. Hannifan ran down the rules of the match and we get a shot of the trophy won by the champion and Hannifan reminded us that the winner gets a title shot down the road.

As alluded, Lee is out first, we do get an update (despite just showing the Bioflex report) that Brookside cannot compete due to illness. Combatant number two is……….Mara Sade. Hannifan also said four of the six winners of the match went on to win a World Title. Good sportsmanship is observed and the match is underway, as the two traded armlocks and reverses. Sade hit a shoulderblock and some dance moves. A series of ring rope runs are reversed as Lee attempted to hit the buzzsaw kick but Sade evaded it.

The two exchanged flips and reversed out of the corner until Lee hit a shoulderblock on the apron and hit ago being but Sade elbowed out of it and teased throwing the other over the top rope. Lee hit a snapmare and a Natural Selection followed buy a seated dropkick. Lee threw Sade on the apron but Sade avoided elimination and the two went back and forth.

Meanwhile, the third competitor is introduced and it is Ryan Nemeth. Nemeth made his way to the ring as Lee and Sade beckoned him to get in the ring. He refused so they went to the floor (not over the top rope) to get him. Nemeth slid under the ropes in the ring as the two got back into the ring and both avoided a clothesline attempt. Lee tripped him and Sade hit a seated dropkick. They threw Nemeth into the corner and put the boots to him and beat on Nemeth until the fourth combatant entered – and it is Nick Nemeth.

Nick blocked a Sade kick and taunted her but Sade slapped him and Sade hit a superkicked. Lee and Sade started to beat on Nick and Lee dropped Nick with a series of kicks and strikes until Ryan broke up the elimination attempt. Sade and Lee ducked another clothesline attempt by Ryan but the double clothesline by Nick was successful.

Meanwhile, Cedric Alexander entered the match. He booted Ryan between the ropes and hit a back suplex to Nick ad then to Ryan.

Alexander hit a series of running clotheslines and hit a penalty kick on Nick and a flying kick on Ryan. Cedric tried to get Ryan over the top rope but Nick blocked the attempt. Meanwhile, the next combatant entered the ring and, hey, there’s Rich Swann. Swann strutted and danced his way to the ring. Meanwhile, Alexander got a bead on him whilst the other sold the matches. A series of reverses occurred but Swann got the upperhand with an eyerake. However, whilst Swann danced and strutted in the ring. Alexander got behind him and booted him.

By that point, the next combatant arrived and it is A J Francis who flung Lee to the mat like a ragdoll. Sade got his back and tried a sleeperhold but Francis threw her over the top rope. Lee got on the second turnbuckle but Francis caught her and flung her to the floor. Swann was ecstatic that his partner was here and jumped in his arms as the two posed. However, Francis grabbed Swann and hit the Down Payment on him. He then grabbed Swann and threw him over the top rope to the floor, complete with a comedic sell job by Swann.

With some of the riff-raff cleared. We get the next entry, Sinner and Saint emerge (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams.) They flip a coin and Williams hits the ring. He and Ryan squared off and Wiliams got the advantage with a kick and a vertical suplex. He slugged Nick but Nick managed to throw him to the ropes, which gave Williams a chance to hit a springboard clothesline to drop Nick. Meanwhile, Francis and Alexnader squared off in the corner. Alexander got the upper hand but Francis reversed it with a back elbow. Hannifan said Ryan was saved by his “meal ticket,” which Rehwoldt corrected promptly to “brother.”

The Nemeths tried to throw Williams over the top as Williams fought them valiantly. Whilst that happened, some YouTube sensation named BDE made his way to ringside. Francis promptly grabbed him and threw over the top rope but he landed on the apron. As Francis celebrated, BDE hit a slingshot leap but Francis caught him. However, a Down Payment attempt was reversed to a stunner. As BDE celebrated, Nick snuck behind him and dropped him with a superkick.

Francis put BDE on his shoulders and carried him around the ring. We get the next three combatants and (sigh) it’s the Rascalz. All three run to the ring and dropped Francis with a series of kicks. Reed leapt onto Francis’ Back and all three Rascalz and hit a triple seated dropkick. We get a quadruple superkick by the Rascalz and BDE and Francis go over the top rope and to the floor.
We get the next combatant and it is Dani Luna. Luna ran to the ring and was immediately met with a superkick by Myron Reed. However, Luna no sold it and hit a German suplex on Reed and then did the same with Trey Miguel. She and Willams started to brawl with a series of kicks and forearms but Williams got the upper hand with a flying knee strike. Williams tried to eliminate Luna as the next combatant entered and it is Eric Young.

Williams and Young went right after each other and traded chops. Williams missed one springboard forearm but landed a second on the rebound. Williams got Young on the apron but Young held on and eyeraked Wiliams and got him on the apron. Williams tried for the piledriver but Young got a low blow and Young hit the piledriver and Williams slumped to the floor.
Meanwhile, the action was all over the place in the ring as the Nemeths and Rascalz traded offense and Luna attacked Miguel. Meanwhile, Jake Something was the next entrant and decided to run the ropes and knockdown the Rascalz with a series of shoulderblocks and clotheslines.

Luna and Something grabbed Miguel and Reed and hit stereo powerbombs. They threw both over the top rope but on the apron. Meanwhile, BDE attempted another springboard move but Young slugged him and BDE flew to the floor and was eliminated.
Meanwhile, Rosemary was the next entrant. She took her time and got into the ring. Rosemary slugged Miguel with a headbutt. Rosemary focused on her attention on Zachary Wentz. Miguel righted himself and got to the top turnbuckle (No, don’t do that.) Naturally, that gave Alexander an opportunity to dropkick Miguel off the turnbuckles and to the floor. However, Young snuck up behind Alexander and threw him to the floor over the top.

As Young jawed with the fans, the next entrant was called and it was the Home Town Man (in Larry Bird jersey, because of course.) Also with him is Rowdy the River Hawk, the mascot of the UMass-Lowell Riverhawks (a college hockey power.)

HTM hit the ring and attacked Something. Something tried to clothesline HTM; however, HTM ducked and Something went over the top rope but to the apron. HTM teased hitting him but turned around and Rosemary grabbed him. Rosemary pushed HTM into the grasp of Something and then attempted to bring out the mist. One can envision what came next; HTM escaped and blinded Something. NOW, HTM clotheslined Something out of the ring. A loud “Home Town Man” chant emerged but Young attacked him in the corner.

For all you nostalgia fans, the next entrant is someone you might recognize. Little Guido and Zack Clayton – who is fulfilling the J.T. Smith, Tommy Rich and Tracey Smothers role of “are you sure he’s Italian?” Slayton, though, went right to work and dropped HTM and Wentz with a spinebuster. He hit HTM with a powerslam. Meanwhile, Luna and Rosemary squared off but Luna eliminated Rosemary. However, HTM snuck behind and eliminated Luna to another loud “Home Town Man” chant.

Jody Threat was the next entrant who decided to run a full sprint around the ring but was clobbered by a Frankie Kazarian clothesline. This brought out Santino Marella to check on Threat. Kazarian and Marella started to argue and Kazarian eventually shoved Marella in the face. Marella recovered, took off his badge. But, the next entrant’s music played; yup, it was Marella. Hannifan and Rehwoldt presumed (as we all did) that Kazarian got into the match. Kazarian jawed at Marella between the ropes. Marella grabbed the cobra and hit Kazarian who slumped to the apron and the floor. Marella got into the ring – Hannifan rightfully said that Marella does not have a ton of success in these types of matches. Sure enough, Nick clotheslined Marella over the top rope and to the floor.

We have two people left. The next entrant is Matt Cardona. Cardona and Slayton immediately square off. Cardona hit the Radio Silence that dropped Clayton and then hit a clothesline that sent Clayton to the floor. Little Guido met the same fate for extra sauce. This gave the Nemeths a chance to beat on Cardona until the Rascalz intervened.

Warner, as alluded earlier, was the last entrant. As his music played, Reed and Wentz were eliminated. Warner came out with a slew of community theater haunted house players. Warner emerged and engaged in some PDA with Steph De Lander. The two continued to the horror movie cosplay with eerie face paint. Warner grabbed a chair under the ring. He promptly brought it into the ring and attacked HTM and Young.

He dropped the Nemeths with two chair shots to the abdomen and then waffled HTM with a chair shot to the back. Cardona attacked Warner and the two fought in the corner. Meanwhile, HTM flung Young to the corner and Young hit the (Flin Flon) Flip and run. HTM tried to eliminate him but Young grabbed him and attempted to throw him over the top rope as HTM did the skin the cat (or perhaps skin the caht.) HTM made his way back to the ring and almost eliminated Young getting him on the apron. However, Young grabbed him and they both fought on the apron.
Young set up HTM for the piledriver but HTM fought out of it. However, HTM charged Young but Young caught him with a boot to the groin that dropped HTM to the floor. However, this gave Cardona a chance to sneak up and eliminate Young. Warner tried to attack but Cardona recovered, grabbed Warner and then threw him over the top and to the floor.

Final Three: Cardona and the Nemeths (live next weekend at the Sugar Land amphitheater.)

The Nemeths tried to charge Cardona individually but Cardona managed to drop both with a series of clotheslines and hit a flapjack on Ryan. The Nemeths played the numbers game and attacked Cardona. Cardona wouldn’t give up and hit a charging Nemeth with a double knee strike. Cardona threw Ryan over the top but Ryan skinned the cat. Ryan recovered and held Cardona for a superkick by Nick.

You know what comes next.

That left Nick and Cardona in the ring. Cardona tried to the same to Nick but Nick managed to skin the rope and end up on the apron. Meanwhile, De Lander distracted Cardona. Cardona lifted De Lander but Warner came back to ringside and dropped Cardona over the top rope to the floor and elimination? Okay…

Meanwhile, Kazarian came back into the ring under the tried and true “combatant was thrown through but not over the ropes; ergo, they are not eliminated.” He tried to roll up Nick but Nick broke up the roll. Kazarian yelled at the referee who was bumped during the roll up attempt. Another ref came in as Kazarian got a DDT for two and then hit a springboard DDT attempt for another two count.

Kazarian got Nemeth on the second turnbuckle and hit a superplex. At this point, the first referee recovered. Both men’s shoulders were down and one can figure how this would go. Each referee counted the other one down. One referee grabbed Kazarian and the other grabbed Nemeth’s hand. The crowd seemed to be behind Nemeth. The referees gave their POV to Marella, who was still ringside. The crowd chanted for “Home Town Man” which would make as much sense.

Marella made a ruling and the conclusion that will have two winners and a dual victory. So, your winners are Nick Nemeth AND Frankie Kazarian (the crowd chimed in with a “bull excrement” chant.) The two battled for the trophy and we get the wacky “I’m not letting go, you let go” moment as they made their way up the walkway.

Meanwhile, Hannifan and Rehwoldt reviewed the NXT Showdown card last Tuesday. After a scan of the crowd, we get highlights of Kelani Jordan winning the NXT title and the build up to the match with Hartwell. That means our next match is:

Knockouts World Title Match: Kelani Jordan vs. Indi Hartwell

Hartwell is out first. As she noted on Thursday, her family flew 21 hours to get here via four flights to get to Lowell. Jordan is next and is in “smiling face champ mode.” Hartwell’s pop was far greater than Jordan’s pop, as heard via a loud “Let’s go Indi” chant. The two exchanged headlock takeovers and reversals. Jordan got a roll up off the ropes for two until Hartwell escaped that lead to a Jordan seated flying bodypress which Hartwell reversed to a two-count. Hartwell got another two-count but Jordan did the standing reversal and turned it into a backslide for two.

Hartwell hit a FULL BODYSLAM as Jordan looked at her. She also no sold a Jordan shoulderblock complete with a finger wag. Joran tried again to no luck. A third time was actually turned into a springboard armdrag into a cradle for two. Jorand followed with a dropkick. Good sportsman was momentarily displayed until Hartwell threw her to the corner and reversed a backflip to a takedown. Jordan reversed a whip to the corner into a forearm smash and then a springboard legdrop for two.

Hartwell tried to get momentum back by ramming her into the turnbuckle with a series of shoulderblocks. However, Jordan reversed a suplex attempt into a springboard leap. But, Hartwell reversed that into a spinebuster for two. Hartwell threw Jordan onto the apron and hit a running big boot for a two count. Hartwell hit the chinlock and sat down on it draping Jordan’s back on her knees. Hartwell cinched in the hold and then flung the champ to the mat.

Hartwell threw Jordan to the corner but Jordan responded with a clothesline that dropped Hartwell. Both combatants were on the mat but eventually arose to trade forearm shots. We got the “yeah/boo” spot but the cheers were for Hartwell. Hartwell got a n European uppercut but Jordan got two flying forearms but a back flip was reversed to a Hurts Donut attempt by Hartwell which Jordan reversed. Jordan responded with a cartwheel back elbow.

Jordan arose and jawed with the crowd. She booted Hartwell but Hartwell got Jordan on her shoulders. Jordan reversed the Death Valley Driver attempt into a split-legged jawbreaker for two. Hartwell kicked out but Jorand held on to the leg and grabbed a single-legged Boston Crab, kicking Hartwell in the back. Jordan cinched the hold but eventually Hartwell booted out of it.
Jordan recovered and went to the top rope and hit a flying bodypress but Hartwell rolled through it and picked up Jordan. However, Jordan countered with a small package for two. Hartwell tried for a powerbomb and on the second attempt hit it for a two count.

Both combatants made to their feet and Jordan blocked a running boot attempt. She stepped over the leg and landed a leg lariat that dropped Hartwell. Jordan climbed to the top rope and hit a frog splash for a series of two counts. Jordan started to jaw with the referee. Hartwell went to the floor and Jordan followed her. However, Hartwell caught a kick and flung Jordan to the apron. Hartwell hit the ropes and NOW hit the big boot and dropped Jordan to the floor. Hartwell threw Jordan back into the ring and hit a flying elbowsmash for two-and-a-fraction.

Hartwell set up the Hurts Donut but Jordan reversed it for a two count. Jordan hit the ropes for a wheelbarrow slam but Hartwell caught it and hit the Hurts Donut for a two-count until Jordan got her foot on the ropes. Hartwell went to the top, yet again, but Jordan met her there with a series of kicks. She climbed to the top and Jordan tried for the Spanish Fly until Hartwell elbowed her to the mat. However, Hartwell missed a flying elbow. Jordan capitalized with a superkick and then hit the One-of-A-Kind split-legged moonsault for the victory.

Post-Match: Silva gave Jordan the belt and Jordan celebrated. Silva also helped Hartwell to her feet. Jordan walked over to Hartwell and good sportsmanship was showed as Jordan raised Hartwell’s hand. Hartwell made it to where her family was and they consoled her.

Meanwhile, Backstage Ryan Nemeth was trying to console Nick. Ryan said they are still making history. Kazarian came into frame and made his case. Nick was a fan of Kazarian until now. Nick brought up he was a former World Champ, unlike Kazarian. Kazarian said he might become World Champ Tonight.

(Don’t Do It, TNA. Don’t do it.)

Rehwoldt and Hannifan talked about the scenario and we are getting ready for the Hardcore War match between the System and Order Four. And, we get a recap of the feud.

Hardcore War Match: Order Four vs. The System

Jason Hotch is first and carried a trash can into the ring. Eddie Edwards is the first member of the System. Edwards has Alisha, his daughter Kaitlyn and Wall-y, the Red Sox mascot in tow and got a huge pop (Eddie hailing from Peabody, MA and all. Note: It’s pronounced PEA-buh-dee.) Wall-y has a System flag in tow.

Hotch took umbrage with Wall-y and started to jaw with him. That gave Eddie a chance to hit a dive between the ropes to take out Hotch. Edwards chopped away on Hotch on the floor. A vociferous “Yankees suck” chant emerged. Meanwhile, Edwards slammed Hotch into the trashcan and threw him into the ring. Edwards threw Hotch to the ropes but Hotch stopped his momentum and threw a charging Edwards to the apron. That gave Hotch time to hit a missile dropkick from the turnbuckle that dropped Edwards. Hotch ran the ropes but a dive through the ropes was met with a trash can by Edwards. Edwards chopped away on Hotch’s back.

Edwards chopped away at Hotch in various corners. The crowd “one more time” and Edwards obliged. Meanwhile, John Skyler hit the ring with a chair and hit a spear between the ropes to drop Edwards. Skyler set up the chair in the ring and the Great Hands hit the Favor on Edwards on the chair. Skyler put the boots to Edwards and Hotch dropped knees. Skyler choked Edwards with a chair but JDC game to the ring (with a Patriots helmet) to even the odds.

JDC instantly attacked the Hands with said helmet and a tornado DDT on Hotch. JDC and Edwards set a table on Skyler’s groin and hit the chair with the helmet. JDC climbed to the top turnbuckle and it a senton on the Hands on the floor. Edwards threw Skyler into the ring and grabbed a cheese grater under the ring. They applied the grater on Skyler and we get instant juice. Steelz hit the ring next (mis identified as Special Agent Zero by McKenzie Miller) in a Yankees jersey and bat in tow. Steelz lowblowed JDC with the bat.

Hotch continued to beat on Edwards on the floor. Another “Yankees suck” chant emerged as the Hands set up a chair on Edwards and hit a springboard legdrop (with Skyler’s assistance) on the chair. Hotch stomped away on JDC in the corner. However, Alicia Edwards evened the odds as she and Steelz had a sword fight with Edwards’ kendo stick and Steelz’ bat. Alisha got the best of it and dropped Steelz with a kendo shot to the abdomen and back. She also hit Skyler with the stick and Skyler continued to bleed.

In the ring, JDC beat on Hotch and Eddie reached under the ring – for a staple gun. He stapled Skyler’s head, Hotch’s crotch and Steelz’ keister with it (note: not to each other.) NOW, though, we get Special Agent Zero. Zero clotheslined JDC and powerslammed Edwards. He also gorilla pressed JDC to the corner. Zero grabbed Edwards and threw him into the ringpost. Zero dismantled the steps and launched them into the head of Edwards.

Hotch beat on JDC and held him while Zero put the boots to him. Brian Myers came in to even the odds and hit all three with the trashcan in the ring. He attacked the Hands with the trashcan lid but Zero no sold the shot and Zero rebounded with a big boot. Zero picked up Myers and choke slammed him onto the trashcan, held by the Hands. Alisha crawled into the ring and found herself surrounded by the heels as Mustafa Ali (and the other Servicemen) made their way ringside. Ali had the HHH staple of a sledgehammer in tow. Ali took his time getting into the ring. Zero grabbed Alisha but Eddie tried to save her but the numbers game was too much. Skyler hit Eddie with a chair and held it as Hotch leapt from the top rope with a double foot stomp on the chair.

JDC tried to help but the Great Hands subdued him and put him in a corner. The Hands and Ali then hit a triple seated dropkick from all sides. However, the sides were finally even as Moose made his way ringside. Skyler tried to stop him but a big boot stymied him. Hotch ran to help but was backdropped onto Skyler. As Moose reached the ringside area, Ali tried to dive between the ropes but Moose caught him and powerbombed him on the apron.

Moose had a chain with him and the ring cleared for the Zero and Moose showdown. The two slugged away at each other but Moose got the upper hand with a headbutt. However, Zero regained with a forearm smash. Moose regained the upper hand by picking up the chair and throwing it to Zero, who caught it. Moose then dropkicked it and Zero went to the floor. Moose, after slipping on the chair in the ring, charged Zero but was backdropped to the floor. The Great Hands started to beat on Moose but the System saved him. However, Zero leapt over the top rope and landed on the scrum, dropping everyone.

A ”This is awesome” chant emerged as Steelz grabbed the kendo stick now wrapped in barbed wire. Meanwhile, Alisha got in the ring and had a black bag with her. One knows what that means. Steelz missed a charge and hit the turnbuckle. She dropped the stick which Alisha grabbed and hit her in the abdomen. Alisha celebrated but backed into the Agent Zero who made his way into the ring. Zero blocked a kendo shot, grabbed the stick and broke it over his knee. Zero grabbed Alisha and choke slammed her on the thumbtacks.

Hannifan was disgusted and made it known. Eddie tried to check on her but was dispatched to the floor by Zero. JDC and Myers grabbed two new kendo sticks and attacked Zero, who no sold the shots and they were dispatched by Zero to the mat. However, Moose recovered, made his way to the ring and speared Moose. Moose grabbed the chain and wrapped it around his shoulders and speared Zero again.
Meanwhile, the System recovered as Myers and JDC leapt over the top rope and hit stereo planchas on the Great Hands. Meanwhile, Eddie crawled to Alisha to check on her but Ali recovered and waffled Eddie’s back with a chair. Eddie went to the floor.

Ali grabbed another bag of the thumbtacks and poured them on Alisha. Ali went to the top rope and prepared for the 450 Splash. However, Alisha moved and Ali hit nothing but the mat (and thumbtacks.) Eddie climbed back in the ring and wrapped his knee with the barbed wire. He measured Ali and hit the Boston Knee Party with the barbed wire and got the victory.

Post Match: Ringside crew checked on Alisha who was okay. She made her way to the ringside and all of the System celebrated. Hannifan and Rehwoldt contemplated what would happen to Order Four.

We get a highlight package on Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans. We go back to ringside and Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk about the rest of the matches and a rundown on the match between the two. This will be the youngest X-Division Battle ever (both are 21-years-old.)

X-Division Championship Leon Slater vs. Je’Von Evans

Our challenger is bouncy and he comes to the ring first. The crowd really likes Evans. Evans is excited to be there and gets the crowd riled. Slater is next as the chryon does not line up correctly, making the UFO bi-leveled. Slater gets a good pop, too.

An audible “TNA” chant arose as the two combatants measured each other. The crowd became a crescendo as the two eyed each other. Slater and Evans helped the crowd get riled. Slater stared with a side headlock and dropped Evans with a shoulderblock. Slater feigned a kick to a crouching Evans and the two shared a chuckle.

The two locked up again and Evans ended up getting Slater in the corner and feigned a chop. And, the two got a chuckle out of that. Slater hit a quick leaping cradle for two. The two traded go behind cradles with Evans getting the best of it. Evans got an armdrag and a moonsault reversed by Slater for a two-count.

After a momentarily respite, Evans went back on offense with some go behind takedowns. Evans tried to clown Slater but Slater tired of it and shoved Evans to the mat. Evans’ mood changed slightly. Slater and Evans traded chops in the corner and traded shoulderblocks. Evans shoulderblocked Slater to the floor and then hit the ropes and hit a dive over the ropes (almost missing Slater.) Evans got in the ring and tried for a ring bounce arm drag but Slater pushed him to the floor and hit a plancha over the top rope to the floor.

Slater threw Evans back into the ring and went to the top turnbuckle and hit the Crossover for two count. Slater chopped away at Evans in the corners. Slater started to slow the action but missed a big kick. Evans took advantage by hitting a rope bounce hurincanrana and a dropkick. Slater went to the floor and hit a dive over the top rope to drop Slater. Slater got back in the ring but Evans hit a springboard clothesline for a two-count.

Evans chopped away on Slater in the corner. He threw Slater hard into the corner and Slater dropped on impact. Slater tried to slow down Evans by grabbing his leg but Evans hit a vertical suplex and then the Gritty. Evans blocked a kick but Slater came back with a rewind heel kick. Slater also hit a springboard back elbow as both combatants laid in the ring.

Slater went to the second turnbuckle but Evans dodged a leap. Slater came off the rope, avoided a clothesline and hit a single-legged dropkick for two. Slater tried for Utopia but Evans escaped and landed on the apron. Slater slugged away at Evans and then hit a slingshot cutter for a two count.

Slater climbed to the top turnbuckle but Evans, again, met them there and punched him down. Evans climbed to the top turnbuckle and brought Slater with him. However, Slater escaped and hit a capoeira kick on Evans. Slater got Evans on his shoulders but Evans escaped. Evans hit a kick to the face. Evans attempted a suplex but Slater landed on his feet. However, another slingshot cutter was reversed into a DDT by Evans. Evans hits the ropes and leapt over the ropes to the apron and hit the OG Cutter on the apron.

Both combatants struggled to get to their feet and but just beat the 10-count. However, Evans got to the top[ turnbuckle and hit a frog splash ¾ the way across the ring. Evans did it again for two-and-a-fraction. Slater grabbed Evans by the leg to make sure he did try another move. Evans tried to slug Slater and did chop away on him but Slater hit a running big boot. Evans hit a Superman Forearm and then tried for a spinning kick but Slater got a side kick of his own. Evans reversed a charge into a hurincanrana for two-and-a-fraction.

Evans hit rolling kick but Slater reversed an OG Cutter into a neckbreaker. Both combatants were spent but tried to get to their feet. The two traded chops but Slater got the best. Slater tried to fire up himself -and Evans. Slater held his hands behind his back and Evans paused for a moment and hit the ropes and a cutter. NOW, he hit the OG Cutter for two-and-a-fraction.

Evans went to the top rope but Slater met him there. The two fought on the turnbuckle but both ended crashing on to the mat. Evans tried to throw Slater into the barricade but the champion stopped his momentum. However, Evans pushed him over. Evans then leapt over the barricade onto Slater. Evans reeled but Slater recovered and flew over the barricade and it a flying splash on Slater.

And then the bell rang. The time limit was reached and to the disappointment of everyone. The crowd was rightfully angry at the results. With chants of “bull excrement” and “let them fight.” This brought out Marella who said whilst most matches have a strict time limit. He would relent and give the match five more minutes.

So, the bell rang and they were off to the races yet again. Both men got into the ring and instantly went to work. After a charge off the ropes, Evans hit a dropkick that got a two-and-a-fraction. Evans then hit the ropes again for a cutter but Slater eluded it and turned it into a cradle for a two-count. He caught charging Evans for the Utopia for a two count. Evans went to the floor and Slater leapt over the ringpost and hit his senton on Evans.

Slater threw Evans back into the ring and climbed to the top rope. Evans met him there and hit the Spanish Fly off the top rope.

And then the lights went out. Hannifan and Rehwoldt seemed confused but realized eventually what this meant – Dark State appeared. Hannifan, Rehwoldt and the fans were angry. The foursome split. Cutler and Griffin attacked Evans whilst Lennox and Sugars attacked Slater. They hit the high-hopes powerbomb on Slater and then on Evans. Dark State celebrated in the ring as Hannifan figured it was some semblance of retribution for losing the NXT tag titles to the Hardys. The crowd was really angry about this turn of events.

Dudleys vs. Hardys

All the fanfare brings the both teams to ringside. Jeff is immediately dispatched to the floor. Dudley sent Matt to the ropes and the Dudleys get an immediate 3D to start. Now, Jeff got back in the ring and beat on Bubba Ray in the corner. However, a whip to the ropes is reversed but Jeff hit a back elbow on a charging Bubba Ray. Jeff climbed the ropes for the Whisper in the Wind but the Dudleys pulled the Samoa Joe “nope” spot and Jeff crashed to the mat. Bubba Ray set up Jeff as D’Von ascended to the top for the “wazzzup” drop. Bubba Ray (and the fans) made the request for tables.

D’Von got the tables and set them up in the ring. The Dudleys then hit the 3D on Jeff through said table. Hannifan (and Bubba Ray) indicated that that is one and the Dudleys needed to put Matt through a table to win the match. Matt, however, attacked both Dudleys with a chair and dropped Bubba Ray with a chair shot to the abdomen. D’Von rebounded and threw Matt through the ropes and to the floor and beat on Matt on the floor.

D’Von set up a chair on the floor and Matt reeled along the barricade. The crowd broke into a quick “You still got it” chant and Matt showed he did by rallying via a Twist of Fate on D’Von. Matt placed D’Von on the table. However, Matt missed the elbow off the apron. The referee and Hannifan pointed out that elimination didn’t count since it was self-inflicted. Meanwhile, Jeff arose from the shot and attacked Bubba Ray on the floor. Jeff (after his dance) hit a flying clothesline on Bubba Ray from the apron to the floor.

D’Von grabbed Jeff and started to beat on Jeff up the rampway toward a pre-set ladder and table. Bubba Ray set up a table on the turnbuckles and started to beat on Matt. Buba Ray set threw Matt to the table but Matt stopped himself from breaking it. He did evade a Bubba Ray charge and he hit the table, but did not break it.

Matt then ran to the ladder where D’Von started to climb. Matt beat D’Von down the ladder (with an assist from Jeff.) The Hardys now put D’Von on the table and Matt attacked D’Von with a chair. Jeff climbed the ladder, STRUCK THE POSE and hit the Swanton Bomb off the ladder to send D’Von through the table (Jeff, though, went through most of the first table and didn’t get all of the leap on D’Von. Nonetheless, it was even at one apiece.)

Matt tried to help Jeff to his feet. Eventually, Jeff made it to his feet and limped to the ringside. Bubba Ray was still selling the charge but arose when the Hardys got into the ring. Jeff and Matt grabbed chairs under the ring and took turns waffling Bubba Ray with the chair. The Hardys set up another table in the ring as Matt hit a seated dropkick on Bubba Ray.

Matt picked up Bubba Ray and held for Jeff to hit him with a chair. Naturally, Bubba Ray oved and Matt got hit with the chair. Matt dropped to the mat as Bubba Ray grabbed Jeff and attempted a powerbomb through the second table. However, Matt deftly moved the table and the powerbomb got nothing but the mat.

Matt grabbed Bubba Ray and hit two Twists of Fate on Bubba Ray. Jeff recovered and went to the top rope and hit the Swanton Bomb on Bubba Ray – on the mat. The two went back to waffling Bubba Ray with chair shots. Bubba Ray slowly climbed to his feet using the table for assistance. He slowly turned around and faced the Hardys. The three exchanged looks of respect and the Hardys threw down their chairs. They picked up Bubba Ray and hit a double slam on Bubba Ray through the table and the victory.

Post Match: The people seemed to have gotten the stink of the previous non-finish and applauded all four men. Silva entered the ring and gave the Hardys the NXT tag titles. The Hardys limped around the ring and had their hands raised in victory. They picked up Bubba Ray and helped D’Von, who eventually made to the ring into the ring. A loud “Thank You” chant emerged as the Hardys helped D’Von to his feet and all four gave a huge hug. A “Thank You, Dudleys” chant emerged as all four looked at each other in the ring. The Hardys held their titles in the air. The Dudleys stopped the Hardys from leaving the ring. They took their boots off and handed them to the Hardys. Another round of hugs occurred as the Dudleys made their way backstage.

Hannifan and Rehwoldt spoke very respectfully about the match. The Hardys got into the shot and shook hands with the announcers and with all the fans around ringside.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Trick Williams vs. Mike Santana

Santana came to the ring first through the concourse and was mobbed by the fans. Santana made his way through the crowd slapping hands with the crowd. Santana had some small face paint further cementing his status as a “Loud and Proud Boricua.” He even got a chance to meet with Konnan in the stands and Konnan walked him the rest of the way to ringside. A loud “Santana” chant emerged from the crowd. Willimas then came to the ring and an equally loud “Whoop That, Trick” emerged. Williams had a slightly muted entrance sans for a new robe. Hannifan begrudgingly gave Williams his due but remained steadfast that Williams does not care about NXT. Hannifan talked about his spitefulness during a confrontation between Oba Femi and Joe Hendry.

During the formal introductions, Williams grabbed the mic from McKenzie Miller and shooed her out of the ring. Williams said he is going to beat Santana like the Red Sox. Williams gave his own introduction (stating that he is taller than Santana at 6’4 and a sexy 255 pounds. He is responsible for every backside in the arena. Santana heard enough and started to attack and beat on Williams.

Wiliams went to the floor but Santana continued to beat on Williams and chopped away on Williams on the barricade. Williams caught a charging Santana with a boot but Santana was undaunted in his attack and threw Williams into the barricade but Williams leapt over it and beat a retreat in the crowd. Santana pursued and blocked a trashcan spot from Williams and managed to hit one of his own.

Santana beat on Williams up the aisle and hit another trashcan spot. Santana beat on Williams through the crowd> Williams though recovered and started to beat on Santana. He threw him through a barricade opening to the ringside area (knocking down a cameraman in the process.) Santana, though caught a charging Williams and hit a back suplex on the apron. Santana was slapping hands with the fans and that gave Williams time to recover and hit a running shot on Santana with the title belt.

Williams got Santana back in the ring and the bell actually rang. Willams instantly hit the Trick Kick for a two-count. He also hit a Falcon’s Arrow for another two count. Williams got a Flapjack of the ropes and started to beat on Santana, taking time to soak in the boos of the crowd. Santana tried to recover but Williams dodged a series of punches and hit a double thrust to stop the rally. He followed it with a spin kick and a neckbreaker for a two-count.

Willams grabbed the chinlock and beat on Santana. He paintbrushed Santana but Santana no sold it. Santana rallied and beat on Williams but Williams backdropped a charging Santana over the ropes to the floor. Williams went to the floor and hit a slingshot on Santana to the ringpost and the challenger started bleeding.

Willams continued to beat on Santana on the floor and dismantled the ring steps. Willams lifted the steps was going to finish Santana. However, Santana moved and the step shot hit the floor. Santana recovered and leapt off the steps to hit a flying forearm on Williams. However, Williams backdropped a charging Santana into the lower part of the steps. Williams got back in the ring and Santana struggled to get to his feet.

Williams continued to soak in the boos as the referee started his 10-count. Santana made it to his feet and in the ring. He was met with an axe kick for a two count. Williams taunted Santana and grabbed the chinlock. Santana tried to rally by running Williams into the turnbuckles and eventually, Williams relented the hold. Santana beckoned Williams and caught a charging Williams on his shoulders hitting the Outline in Chalk in the turnbuckles. Santana hit a kick in the corner. Santana put Williams on the turnbuckles and charged at Williams. However, Williams hit a blockbuster off the turnbuckles for a two count.

Williams chopped away at Santana in the corners. Williams indicated this is his house and threw Santana into the corner. However, Santana reversed it. Williams backflipped out of harms way but Santana stopped his momentum and hit the Rolling Block 50 on Williams. Santana followed it with the Outline in Chalk and a running Cannonball in the corner for two-and-a-fraction.

Another “Santana” chant emerged as Santana got Williams in position in the corner. Santana climbed to the top rope but Williams quickly recovered and threw Santana from the turnbuckles into the apron and the floor. Williams ran Santana into the ringpost. Williams dragged Santana over to his daughter and taunted his daughter. Williams continued to beat on Santana and asked Santana’s daughter who’s her daddy now. Arianna slapped her and Wiliams sold it. Santana, by this time, recovered and hit a senton over the top rope.

Santana threw Williams back in the ring and hit a kick and a powerbomb out of the corner for a two count. Santana picked up Willams and hit a Death Valley Driver and went back to the top while a dueling “Mike Sanana/Whoop That, Trick” chant emerged. Santana hit a 450 splash for another two-and-a-fraction.

Both men were exhausted on the mat but eventually Santana made to his feet; only, he was distracted by Williams’ “lawyer” who was sitting at ringside. Williams took advantage of the distraction for a roll up for two and blocked a Spin the Block into two urinagis. Williams went to the top turnbuckle but Santana met him there with a boot. Santana climbed the turnbuckles and the two fought on the top but Willams caught Santana and hit an urinagi off the top rope for two-and-a-fraction.

Williams grabbed his belt from ringside but missed a swing of the belt. Santana got a series of two-counts from cradles. Willams dodged a Spin the Block attempt but caught with a big boot from Santana off the ropes. Williams recovered and hit a Trick Kick that Santana no sold and hit the Spin the Block for a two-count. Williams tried for a quick rollup for two.

The lawyer got on the apron and accosted the referee but Santana grabbed him and dragged him into the ring and hit the Spin the Block. Williams took the time to recover to hit the Trick Shot for two-and-a-fraction. Williams was visibly frustrated but got to his feet. Santana looked at his daughter as he crawled on the ring. He managed to arise in the corner but Williams went for the kill. Williams missed another Trick Shot but another Spin the Block was blocked into another urinagi but Santana reversed it into an armdrag and a clothesline. Santana set up Williams and NOW hit the Spin the Block for the victory.

Post Match: Santana celebrated with his daughter, who climbed in the ring. He got a Puerto Rican flag and celebrated on the turnbuckles. Ariana left the ring as Silva attempted to give Santana the belt. BUT WAIT, Nick Nemeth’s music started and he emerged from the walkway. However, the lights went dark and we heard a guitar strum. The lights came back on and Elijah stood behind Nemeth and “El Kabong”ed Nemeth. He tipped his hat to Santana and was acknowledged. BUT WAIT, whilst that was happening, Frankie Kazarian, the other co-winner of the Call Your Shot match got in the ring. However, Kazarian did not have the trophy. Kazarian realized it and started to get it. However, Santana hit the Spin the Block and dropped Kazarian. Now, Silva – and Ariana – made it back in the ring and gave the title to Santana. Mike gave the title to his daughter and bowed to her feet. They hugged and we went off the air.

Impactful Ruminations:
One: I agian apologize about the delay but the feed cut out and didn’t return to Monday morning.

Two: Well, it was almost fait accompli but the powers that are did right by us and gave us the happy ending with Santana winning the title. It was truly a great moment. It also set up two established feuds from the onset in Nemeth and Kazarian. Old hands, to be sure, but can be trusted to equal Santana’s skill and give a litany of quality matches down the line.

Three: Williams needs to be elevated to main roster status pronto. His title run was great and played almost every heel one can imagine. To be trusted with this title and his status at just under five years in the business, it showed the talent he has and Williams delivered every time.

Four: The Dudleys and Hardys were what they were. Luckily, the match was relatively short and no one died. Bubba Ray, in particular, sold the last moments perfectly almost in the manner Ric Flair did with Shawn Michaels. That was excellently done.

Five: That being said, I could go the rest of what I have left in the hourglass and not see another tables match. It has lost its luster and just does not appeal to me.

Six: Whilst we’re on that subject, the “Hardcore War” match did not appeal to me. The storytelling is all over the map and openly questioned the logic of even pouring thumbtacks on Alisha and then dive on them. I could go the rest of my life also not seeing thumbtacks in a match ever again. The plunder matches have long since wore out their novelty and just do not hold it for me.

Seven: I was impressed with Special Agent Zero and he is someone you can start to maneuver into the upper card and title matches down the road sooner versus later.

Eight: The biggest complaint was this. We had a perfectly good spotfest/match going with Slater and Evans. We ruined it with Dark State. I was audibly angry with that choice. That was a horrible booking decision – just the worst. You painted yourself in a corner and found the cheapest way out. I actually probably have the same indignation as Bryan Alvarez – and I am not as big a fan of Evans as most are.

Nine: Speaking of non-finishes. We had an elongated Royal RUmmmmm…I mean “Call Your Shot” match only to end with two winners? What are we doing here? I guess we got the upside of two challengers for Santana but there has to be a better way.

Ten: Can we do away with YouTubers in wrestling? They are as bad, if not worse, than the YouTubers who box. It’s just a simple request.

Eleven: There has been a lot of talk of contract negotiations. I guess The Iinspiration are re-upping in TNA. They still don’t do much for me. I don’t know what happens with the By Elegance Brand but would not mind seeing M go on a singles run. That Coast to Coast she hit was great.

Twelve: We still get Jordan. She still has only one personality trait – acrobatics. She doesn’t have the persona to be a credible heel and she does not resonate that well as a babyface. Hartwell should have gotten over but now we get to see her story unfurl.

Thirteen: Steve Maclin is still dependable and solid. He makes a great number two or three face.

Fourteen: We got all we could out of the Blanchard vs. Miller match. Blanchard cheated because that is her nature but Miller actually did learn some stuff in wrestling school. I still don’t want to see an elongated feud, though. Also, personal nitpick, I get annoyed by the obliviousness the modern referee. The coins were right in front of him and did nothing. If you want great comeuppance, either disqualify Blanchard or let the match continue and get Miller a fluke win.
