The Raw Rewind: WWE Monday Night Raw – 11.02.26

By Kat Bourne on 2 November 2026

Our road to Crown Jewel is almost finished, but we have two more stops first and we’re doing them both in one night with a live Raw followed by a SmackDown taping. Tonight, Raw is coming to us two hours early which is great for us older people who like to go to bed before 10:30 p.m.

The last week in WWE: Raw / NXT / Evolve / Impact / Very Nice, Very Evil Halloween Special / Very Nice, Very Evil SmackDown / Halloween Havoc / AAA

Extra credit reading: WWE Rewind – WrestleMania 36 Night Two

Then, Now, Forever, TOGETHER.

THIS is the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Home of the New York Liberty and the Brooklyn Nets, the Barclays Center has seen some big stuff in the wrestling world. It is probably best known as the home of NXT TakeOver Brooklyn, which featured the beloved Bayley vs Sasha Banks epic. It has also hosted TLC 2012, SummerSlam 2015, Survivor Series 2021, the more pleasant part of Raw’s 25th Anniversary episode and the 2019 Hall of Fame Ceremony. Tonight, it hosts Raw for the the twentieth time and we are live on Netflix and presented by Wendy’s.

Arrivals! The Vision have found Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri after they were lost last week. Chad Gable has a nice suit, Ethan Page rides the subway, and Chelsea Green and Tiffany Stratton promote Fanatics Fest. They’re all here!

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is first out tonight, introduced by the great Alicia Taylor to a loud reaction. He says everyone wants his attention including the secondary champion Sami Zayn and the biggest haters of them all, 946. It doesn’t take long for Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn to appear, the crowd singing with his theme tonight before booing him. Fickle. “I find it a little crazy that you’re out here wasting your breath talking about the 946 when you and I have a match a few days away.” He thinks they should say things to each others faces, family to family and champion to champion.

Roman says we don’t be disrespectful to family and tells Sami that HE was the one that benefited the most from the Bloodline. “If I didn’t bring you into the Bloodline, you wouldn’t even be a part of this company any more. If I didn’t bring you into the Bloodline, you definitely wouldn’t be a champion right now. If I didn’t bring him into the Bloodline, he wouldn’t be making all these millions of dollars that he is making in a single year. You seem to have forgotten. When I found you, you were just Johnny Knoxville’s little bitch out there doing Jackass kind of things.” Sami says everybody else remembers that match from WrestleMania 38 and that it says something about it and people will remember it in ten, twenty years. “You know who remembers YOUR match at WrestleMania 38? NOBODY. What was it, another Roman main event? What was it, Roman vs Brock Lesnar part six of twelve? Nobody remembers it.”

He’s not going to sit here and let Roman disrespect him. “I’m not going to stand here and act like I’m not the goddamn WWE Champion!” He isn’t going to let Roman talk about 946 because he deserves Roman’s undivided attention. Roman thinks the only thing he deserves is “you’re welcome.” Dwayne’s ears just perked up somewhere. He tells Sami that he did so much to make him what he is and Sami is doing everything he said not to do. “You sound like a little hoe and I don’t acknowledge or pay attention to little hoes, Sami.” He yells for acknowledgement and heads out. Leave the hoes out of this, they didn’t do anything. I liked this a lot, Sami has gotten to show a lot of fire on Raw.

Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett greet us from ringside. They run down the Crown Jewel schedule for Saturday, with the countdown at 10 am ET and main show at noon.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: WWE Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable vs Ethan Page

This is the first televised singles match between these two men though they’ve run this match numerous times this summer across house shows. After a shoulder/spinal injury last week, the champ has his shoulder and arm taped up. Ethan attacks early, going for the shoulder and tossing Gable into the turnbuckle. They fight to the corner and Gable elbows Page down, Page ducking a moonsault. Gable clotheslines Page outside and holds his shoulder as we take another break for advertisers including the Muppets for Walmart. You know what? Commercials are okay with me sometimes.

After John Cena tells us about Chime, we come back to Gable rolling Page up for two numerous times. We’ll see that Cena fellow again later with some magical news. Gable slams Page’s leg into the ring post and targets with kicks and a dragon screw. Gable German suplexes Page twice and Page grabs the turnbuckle, yanking it off as they break things up. Gable rolls into the anklelock and Page grabs the rope, rolling outside. Gable follows and Angle Slams Page on top of the KFC Announce Desk before moonsaulting on him in the ring for a two count. Page tosses Gable into the timekeeper’s area and we take three minutes to learn about Shaq’s love of ZepBound.

We’re back again to Gable suplexing Page off the top rope. Gable heads back up top and leaps right into Page’s feet. They trade blows on their way back up and Gable suplexes Page, bridging for a pin attempt but hurting Gable’s shoulder. Page nails a Twist of Fate with a gnarly sell by Gable. Gable hooks the ankle again and Page reaches the ropes, kicking Gable off. Gable leaps up for a suplex and Page turns it into a beautiful avalanche powerslam for a two count. Page takes Gable up again and Gable flips over with a power bomb into the ankle lock. Page kicks Gable into the exposed turnbuckle and nails the Ego Plex for the pin. We have a new champion.

Ethan Page pins Chad Gable to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion. This was GREAT. I loved every minute of it. Really well done match and the field of challengers is wide open and full of faces for Ego. Watch this one.

Here’s our weekly look at 946 vs the Bloodline. Solo and Keys battle later.

Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso hype each other up before Roman appears. He says he isn’t going anywhere until Solo is done.

The 40th Royal Rumble will come to us from Glendale, Arizona, and tickets go on sale Wednesday, November 18th unless you’re in Club WWE, then you get two days early.

The Judgment Day (WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez) vs WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green, Iyo Sky and Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton

If you didn’t seen this coming after last week, I don’t know what to tell you. This is only the second time Tiffy has wrestled on Raw, last appearing on the October 7, 2024 episode teaming with Rhea Ripley against… the Judgment Day. Somehow Chelsea’s entrance gear gets tossed on Barrett. Meanwhile, Joe Tess complains about Liv’s title desecrating the hood of the ring announce table which has two KFC logos on it. The faces double up on Raquel to start, but Raquel slams Chelsea and tags in Liv. All three Judgment Day women end up on the outside, Chelsea diving onto Liv and Raquel, Tiffany kicking Rox into the announce table and then Iyo leaping onto Liv and Raquel to send us to a commercial for the WWE Slambulance. I saw the previous version of the Slambulance at a thrift store over the weekend and at this point I think I’m being followed by Slambulances.

We return to Raquel slamming Iyo around. Tiffany gets the hot tag and goes to town, elbowing Liv down and rolling her into the Alabama Slam. Tiffy nails a decent Swanton for a two before Rox tags in. Rox gets a Pop Rox and Iyo breaks the pin, suplexing Liv as it all breaks down for a few. Chelsea hits the Unprettier on Rox and Raquel pulls her to the outside. Liv leaps into Raquel’s hands and is tossed over the announce table. Iyo knocks Raquel over the timekeeper’s barrier. Liv tags herself in and is superkicked by Chelsea. Liv pushes Chelsea into Rox who Chelsea slaps, then Chelsea turns around into Oblivion for the three.

Judgment Day defeat Chelsea Green, Iyo Sky and Tiffany Stratton when Liv Morgan pins Green. Momentum goes to Liv. This was good. Lots of action and nothing notably bad. Come back in two years, Tiffany, and Judgment Day will somehow be around for another tag match.

946 have upgraded their camera quality this week for their weekly video. Ain’t nobody safe. You know the deal.

Celebrities! They love Raw! Matthew Rhys is at ringside. Celebrities, they love the experience of WWE!

A mysterious belt-shaped object is in the ring as, for the first time since November 17, 2025, John Cena makes his entrance. He’s moved to a gray color scene but is in his gear. He stops Alicia Taylor and tells her to come in the ring to do the extended intro which is content for ME.

John says tonight we’re talking John Cena Classic and he has not one, not two but three major announcements. The first is when and where. We’re going for December 14th and we are going to Disney World. He says we’ll have TWO Raws on one Monday night, one from Perth and the other featuring the John Cena Classic. Next we go to uncover the championship. It’ll be on WWE Shop by the time I finish typing this. He says his name is on the event because it stands for everything he stands for. The power to vote will be on Club WWE (mixed fan reaction). I don’t want to say I told you so, BUT I definitely said that was going to happen. He promises to be around more to hype up this show.

And last, our first entrant is announced and it is Cody Rhodes who is here. John officially invites Cody to the classic and we are interrupted by Randy Orton. John skedaddles on out of there, tipping his hat at Orton on the way out. After Randy takes an extended entrance, he apologizes for “interrupting the little circle jerk going on” and wants to make sure he has Cody’s full attention. He says to Cody, last man standing is simply the match stipulation for their Crown Jewel match. For Orton though, it means something more. “You can call me the last man standing because look where I came from, look who I came up with twenty five years ago. I was in this ring taking bumps, breaking into this business, bleeding, sweating with the likes of John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Dave Batista. Now they’re all gone and retired and that’s fine, I am happy for them, I hope they live their best life. But my life is right here in this ring. I have zero aspirations to be a movie star, to have my face and name on a bottle of alcohol, an ice cream cone.” Orton mentions that he and Dusty wrestled in 2007 and he retired Cody’s father. “I rang his bell, I kicked him in his head and I was the last man standing.” He offers the nickname of the Rhodes Killer and tells Cody that if his American dream was to be just like his daddy, he’s going to make sure it comes true.

Happy to see John, but Cody/Orton isn’t doing much for me (I also don’t really pay attention to SmackDown so maybe that is why).

Wait, did he say TWO EPISODES OF RAW ON ONE DAY? Oh no.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce is with Bayley, asking what is next now that she’s done with Lyra. Jade Cargill and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Michin and B-Fab interrupt. Bayley introduces herself to Jade who tells Bayley she needs to get out of her face before she ends up like Charlotte. Bayley’s heard all about how pathetic these three are. Michin on Raw is more content specifically for me. Thank you, Adam Pearce. I never meant all the bad things I said. I did mean some of them though.

The Vision (WWE World Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker & Austin Theory and Bronson Reed with Logan Paul and Maxxine Dupri) vs Senor Dinero en el Banco Penta, Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee)

What’s with all the trios matches? Is this Collision? All six men brawl to begin before we settle down to Evans and Theory. Theory is wearing a Pacers 3:17 tee which I’m sure means something. Bron tries for the spear, Penta pulls him outside. Lee tags in and drops a wrecking ball dropkick on Theory. Lee and Penta chop down Reed who tumbles out, then Penta leaps off of Lee’s back to wipe out the Vision and send us to commercials for fine products like Wendy’s. Well, Wendy’s was once a fine product.

Not shockingly, the Vision have taken control over the break and Dragon Lee is the one being battered. Penta tags in and tries for a Driver, Bron knees him in the head in response. Je’Von tags in and the superkicks are a-plenty. The referee loses all control and there are bodies everywhere. Bron pulls down the strap and Je’von dodges the spear, Bron tumbling outside. Logan grabs the briefcase and slides it to Theory but is stopped by Penta. Reed flattens Penta, Lee superkicks Reed onto the table, Reed hits a Jagged Edge on the floor, Je’Von flies and almost smacks his head on the table. Je’Von is back in and hits  Red Dot on Theory, Theory dodges the cutter and Bron spears Je’Von almost in half for the pin.

The Vision defeat Penta, Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee when Bron Breakker pins Je’Von Evans. Good action, predictable in the middle ad portion but a very hot ending. We’ll see Evans and Penta challenging for the tag titles on Saturday at Crown Jewel.

Joe Tess tells a little more about the John Cena Classic, including that WWE World will surround it in Orlando and that it’ll be at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. I watched a Braves game there once! You can vote in real time for your favorite superstar performance and the winner of the prestigious championship.

Wednesday, NXT moves to Wednesday and the stars are here! John Cena, Cody Rhodes, and CM Punk will all be there. Niz will have the internet’s best NXT review here on Blog of Doom.

We continue running down things, now going through the Crown Jewel card.

Jackie Redmond is with Judgment Day. Liv says it doesn’t matter how much support Chelsea has because the Judgment Day is the greatest faction in WWE. She’s going to defeat Chelsea AGAIN and become Crown Jewel Champion AGAIN and prove she is the greatest of allllllllllllllllllll… we are interrupted by Jade, B-Fab and Michin taking out Bayley until Pearce and the agents break it up. I smell some WarGames.

Solo Sikoa vs Royce Keys (with Jaida Parker)

I’m afraid they’ve given 946 what we’ll call music which is just ambient dog barking and sirens. Sure. They brawl early and the crowd is quiet, knowing there is going to be more but we have to make it through the match to get there. Solo drops Keys on the turnbuckle and lays in fists and headbutts before clotheslining him to the outside. Solo raises the finger of acknowledgement and we take a break, going picture-in-picture with ads. I never thought we’d get Solo and Fozzie Bear picture-in-picture but here we are. Disney, if you would’ve announced the Muppet Show for a full run we could’ve had a Bloodline-hosted episode but NOOOOOO. John Cena definitely would’ve hosted an episode. You should watch the Sabrina Carpenter episode though if you haven’t.

When we get done with that break, Keys is working over Solo in the ring and they take each other down. They trade blows before Solo gives the warning shot and runs into a clothesline. Keys tries for a power bomb, Sikoa backdrops him and hits the corner hip attack. He calls for the Samoan Spike and Keys ducks, hitting a Lo Down for a two count. Jaida taunts Wade at ringside while Royce takes Solo up to the second rope and gets pushed off. 946 (Carmelo Hayes, Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) attack for the DQ but there’s more to write about.

Solo Sikoa defeats Royce Keys by disqualification. The crowd wasn’t feeling this and I wasn’t either really, but I think we’ve all been led to caring more about the warfare of the two teams. So on that note…

Solo gives a warning shot from the outside and the OTC’s music hits. Reigns and the Usos head out slowly. The four-on-four brawl is on and NOW the crowd is back with us. Roman Superman Punches two down and goes for a spear, being nailed in the face by a Masked Man. He lays out Roman with a discus punch and looks to Keys, walking over and extending a hand to help him up. The man unmasks to reveal CRUZ MONTANA. Oh, we’re doing some stuff now. Cruz pounds on Roman and 946 overtake the Bloodline. Jaida handcuffs Jey to the rope as Cruz works over the OTC some more. Jimmy is tossed head-first into the steel steps and Solo gets the same treatment. The KFC header is pulled off the announce desk, they clear off the equipment and Lucien and Bronco slam him through the table. Keys smacks Roman down with a spinebuster and 946 head out. Ain’t nobody safe. As Roman slowly rises from destruction to see his family down, Sami Zayn appears with a superkick to taunt him and end our program.

More often than not, a hot episode. Everything 946 continues to be done very well, though the actual matches get the least reaction because fans are ready to see what crazy thing happens next. There’s a LOT of potential in the group. The Intercontinental Title match was great and both trios matches were fine. It was good to see Cena again, though I think we’re going to be tired of seeing him in about a month. Now, onto (place we aren’t mentioning out loud until noon on Saturday) before Raw comes to South Carolina next week.

Recommendations to watch: Gable vs Page, the end brawl and angle
