By Conor Renshaw on 13 October 2025

Good morning, everyone!

It’s Monday once again, and the weekend always seems to go too quick. But at least it’s Morning Daily News time!

Team 3D Hand Over Their Wrestling Boots To The Hardys After Losing Tables Match At TNA Bound For Glory

Following the Hardys vs. Team 3D tables match at Bound for Glory last night, it appears as if Bully Ray and D-Von Dudley called it a day on their in-ring wrestling careers, as after they failed to capture the TNA and NXT Tag Team Titles, they both took off their wrestling boots and handed them to the Hardys. For those not in the know, it’s common practice for retiring wrestlers to leave their boots at the arena after they decide to retire, as they won’t need them anymore.

Mike Santana Defeats Trick Williams To Win TNA World Championship At Bound For Glory

In more TNA news, Mike Santana captured the TNA World Title in the main event of Bound for Glory by defeating Trick Williams after a hard-fought and bloody bout. Nic Nemeth and Frankie Kazarian attempted to cash in their Call Your Shot Gauntlet opportunities after the match, but Nemeth was stopped by a guitar shot from a returning Elijah, and Kazarian was put down by Santana with a Spin the Block clothesline.

Kota Ibushi Out With Broken Femur, Can Only Move His Toes

Kota Ibushi shared an update on his broken femur injury and said that the injury was so severe that the bone was close to breaking through the skin, and he had to undergo surgery to repair the injury. Despite this major setback, Ibushi plans to get back into the ring when he recovers, but acknowledged that if he picks up another serious injury, he will likely have to call an end to his wrestling career.

Jin Tala Breaks Silence After WWE Release

After being released from the WWE developmental system, former WWE Evolve and LFG star Jin Tala spoke about her time in pro wrestling and her future in the business. Tala said that she doesn’t think the timing was right for her to be in WWE despite her giving wrestling 110%, but that she is not giving up on the sport and will be looking forward to what the future holds for her.
