Update on Naomi’s WWE return plans

Naomi could reportedly be nearing a return to WWE after more than a year away from the ring. According to False Finish, WWE is preparing for the former Women’s World Champion to return soon, though no specific date or creative plans have been reported. Naomi has been absent since announcing her pregnancy following SummerSlam 2025 and later gave birth to her first child with Jimmy Uso. Her last match took place at SummerSlam, where she successfully defended the WWE Women’s World Championship against IYO Sky and Rhea Ripley.

PAC Remembered by His Beloved Newcastle United

Newcastle United has paid tribute to PAC after the AEW star died at age 40. PAC, real name Benjamin Satterley, was born in Newcastle upon Tyne and was a lifelong supporter of the Premier League club. Newcastle United shared photos from his 2014 visit to St James’ Park and offered condolences to his family and loved ones, describing him as “Forever a Geordie.” PAC previously spoke about his connection to the North East and his love for Newcastle United during a WWE feature, calling the club “the greatest football team on the face of the Earth” and revealing that playing for them had been his childhood back-up dream to becoming a wrestler.

Santos Escobar Wrestles First Match Since WWE Departure

Former WWE star Santos Escobar has returned to the ring as Romeo Malverde after several months on the sidelines. Malverde teamed with Blue Demon Jr. against Magno and Steven Juarez at the 5th International Lucha Libre Festival in Ciudad Juarez on Sunday, marking his first match since March. He had been out after suffering a triceps injury that required surgery, followed by a second operation on an ulnar nerve in April. His final match while under WWE contract took place in AAA on March 14 before his release in April, and he officially became a free agent in July. His next move in wrestling remains unclear.
