Well yeah, he stayed because he found out he was in a valid contract and would have been sued if he jumped to WCW. That’s not staying because you’re loyal, it’s staying because you’re smart and don’t want to get sued!

There are plenty of examples of Bret being loyal to Vince/WWE but that isn’t one of them.
