What was the original plan with Stephanie McMahon? Was she just going to be used in the Ministry of Darkness storyline and then shuffled off TV, or was the plan to keep her on TV in some role afterwards? Was her big heel turn something that had planned out or did it just result for her being very natural on camera and having good chemistry with Test and Triple H?
