Dude, that show was such a hurried mess that they couldn’t even have a new belt ready. No way they could have organized a tournament. I guess they could do a quick 8 man tournament:

Luger vs Austin
Windham vs Eaton
Koloff vs PN News
Sting vs Taylor

Koloff vs Sting
Windham vs Luger

Sting vs Koloff is some double DQ schmoz, leaving Windham vs Luger as the finals?

At least that eliminates the scaffold match.
