Triple H Provides Update On Seth Rollins’ Injury
By Conor Renshaw on 13 July 2025
Triple H has provided an update on Seth Rollins’ injury status following Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Rollins suffered a knee injury during his match with LA Knight at Saturday Night’s Main Event, and while nothing is confirmed yet, the early signs aren’t promising, with The Game stating during the Evolutionpost-show press conference:
“A little bit inconclusive. Doesn’t look good. He’ll be in Birmingham tomorrow. He came here tonight, he wasn’t going to miss his wife’s performance, but we’ll get an MRI and hope for the best.”
Rollins’ injury occurred near the end of the match, as he attempted a springboard from the middle rope. His knee buckled on takeoff, and he collapsed to the mat in visible pain. The match came to a sudden halt as Rollins spoke with the referee and Paul Heyman at ringside, prompting Knight to go straight to the finish and hit a BFT to win the match.
Reports stated that Rollins was supposed to be part of an angle later in the night, but the plans had to be changed for the last 40 minutes of the show due to Rollins’ injury.
What Injury Did Seth Rollins Suffer?
Triple H didn’t clarify, nor are there any reports confirming the extent of Rollins’ injury, but given the fact his match was immediately cut short, and he was unable to take part in previously planned segments later in the night, it doesn’t look good.
Rollins has had knee injuries in the past, having torn his ACL, MCL and medial meniscus in a 2015 match against Kane, and suffered an MCL injury in 2024.
How bad do you think Rollins’ latest injury is? Do you think he’ll be back in time for SummerSlam, or is this going to be a long-term injury?
