Masha Slamovich Under Investigation By TNA Following Domestic Abuse Allegations

It has been reported that former TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich is under investigation by the promotion after allegations of domestic abuse were brought against her.
TNA told Sports Illustrated yesterday that they are investigating claims made against Masha Slamovich that surfaced on social media earlier that day, and TNA issued a statement saying:
“We take any allegations like this very seriously, and have begun an internal investigation.”
Twitter user @deathsamuraiszn shared a post stating that Slamovich is abusive and shared a Dropbox link that allegedly contains text messages that showcase abuse from Slamovich towards her former partner, MLW wrestler AKIRA. Later images of AKIRA showcasing injuries that were allegedly caused by Slamovich were also shared on Twitter.
AKIRA later wrote about the situation on Twitter in a long post that, while not mentioning Slamovich by name, discussed their relationship and very intimate and troubling details about it, including that he attempted to commit suicide on three separate occasions. Multiple independent promotions had booked Slamovich to appear on their shows have announced that she will no longer be making appearances for them.
How Long Has Masha Slamovich Been With TNA?
Masha Slamovich has been with TNA since 2021 and has been a key part of their women’s division since her arrival, having captured the Knockouts World Title once and the Knockouts Tag Team Championship three times. She last competed for the promotion on the September 18 episode of Impact, where she teamed with The Iinspiration’s Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay in a losing effort against the team of Ash By Elegance, Heather By Elegance, and M By Elegance.
