Ruby Soho reportedly cleared by AEW for in-ring return

Ruby Soho has reportedly been medically cleared to return to the ring after nearly three years away from competition. According to Fightful Select, AEW’s medical team cleared Soho in June, having resumed in-ring training in July 2025 following the birth of her first child with Angelo Parker. However, Soho has not been a regular presence backstage at AEW events and, while ideas have reportedly been discussed for her return, there are currently no concrete plans. The 35-year-old last wrestled in February 2024 on AEW Rampage, teaming with Saraya in a loss to Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale. Soho has been with AEW since September 2021 following a five-year run with WWE.

Road Dogg Claims Politics Cost Him AEW Job

Road Dogg has claimed that AEW previously turned him away because of his political and personal beliefs. The former WWE producer made the allegation during a social media discussion involving Austin and Colten Gunn, responding to another user by saying he had been rejected because of his “political/core beliefs.” Road Dogg stressed that he did not donate to or vote for Donald Trump, but questioned why he was allegedly punished because his father had. He did not provide further details about when the situation occurred or who within AEW made the decision. Road Dogg left WWE earlier this year after spending around 15 years working for the company as a producer and writer.

Official WrestleMania 42 Attendance Figures Revealed

The Las Vegas Stadium Authority has released official attendance figures for WrestleMania 42 that are lower than the numbers WWE announced during the broadcasts. According to the authority, 47,093 fans attended night one and 50,033 attended night two, for a weekend total of 97,126. WWE announced crowds of 50,816 and 60,103, respectively, differences of 3,723 on Saturday and 10,070 on Sunday. The official WrestleMania 42 total was also down from 2025, when the two nights drew a combined 118,641 attendees.
