Sami Zayn’s First Appearance As WWE Champion Announced

Sami Zayn will make his first appearance as Undisputed WWE Champion on this week’s episode of SmackDown following his title victory over Cody Rhodes and Gunther at Night of Champions. The appearance was announced during NXT Great American Bash, with Wade Barrett confirming fans will hear from the new champion. This week’s SmackDown will be taped on Monday after Raw in Atlantic City, while speculation continues over Zayn’s next challenger, with Cody Rhodes and 2026 King of the Ring winner Oba Femi among the possible contenders.

WWE Launches 25% Off Ticket Sale For All Domestic Live Events

WWE has launched a Fourth of July ticket promotion, offering fans 25 per cent off select tickets for all domestic live events using the promo code AMERICA. The offer runs through July 6 and applies to 18 events, including episodes of Raw and SmackDown, live events throughout July, Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden, and both nights of SummerSlam at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Konnan To Be Inducted Into TNA Hall Of Fame Class Of 2026

Konnan has been announced as the latest inductee into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame Class of 2026. The announcement was made at Slammiversary, with the induction ceremony set for Bound For Glory in October. He joins Amazing Red and ODB in this year’s class. Konnan is a two-time NWA World Tag Team Champion in TNA and remains a respected figure in the industry despite ongoing health issues, including recently undergoing a double leg amputation.
