TNA Slammiversary 2026 Review – June 28, 2026
By Scott Herrin on 28 June 2026
Hey, greetings everyone and welcome to the TNA’s 24th Anniversary, or should I say, Slammiversary. We are live at the Agganis Center on the campus of the University of Boston (which is in Boston. That seems like a no-brainer but Boston College is in Chestnut Hill. Why isn’t it Chestnut Hill College, huh?) Geography aside, we are in for a wicked good time (so we think.) Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt are calling the action (with a neat special guest during the pre-game show.) Gia Miller is a hub of activity working the crowd on the concourse and backstage and McKenzie Miller spills the beans on who is in the ring. Let’s not wait another moment and let’s see what is Bruin in TNA, loyal patriots. So, let’s get comfy, put on our comfy red sox and engage in some Impactful Discourse? Shall We? We shall.
(note: thanks to all the writers for coming as quickly as they did with predictions and Phrederic creating the content. Enjoy everyone’s coverage of their respective beats’ events this weekend. Hopefully, this measures to their success. And now, our feature presentation.)
Hey, we got Pre-game festivities:
Erik Dunn is your National Anthem singer.
Don’t have the full “In Memorial” (yet..) but nice shout out from Hannifan and Rehwoldt acknowledging the passing of Joe Doering.
Daria Rae made her entrance and struggling a bit with the ramp and her shoes.
Recaps Galore (also shown on the actual broadcast)
The Hometown Man (more later) is hyping Harpoon Boston Seaport Ale (with Larry Bird jersey.)
Celebrities are afoot from IHeart Radio. We get the wacky “One is a face and one is a heel.” The heel is doing cheap heat from Boston.
We also see Mustafa Ali come to ring trying to find out who is mystery opponent. However, we Santino Marella’s music. Marella said whilst Rae was looking for an opponent, he also was looking for an opponent. Rae took umbrage with that argued his only job is to listen to her. Marella said she is not his wife (“Thank God,” Rae said.) They both found opponents and now it is a triple threat match.
Hey, are you wearing your passion and living for your fandom. No? It’s okay TNAmerch.com has you covered. Go there and start wearing and living.
We also have some matches, too:
Triple Threat Match Indi Hartwell vs. Elayna Black vs. Mara Sade
Sade is out first to an okay pop. She hits her dance steps and gets in the ring. Hartwell is next to a loud pop and shakes hands and acknowledges the fans’ response. The fans really love her. Black is last and gets an okay amount of heat as she hits her poses.
When the bell rings, Black tried to strike Sade but Sade sipped the punch and counterpunched Black. Black then pinballed between the punches of Sade and Hartwell before Hartwell hit an forearm uppercut and Sade hit a dropkick. The two threw Black into the ropes. Black stopped the momentum and hit a boot to a charging Hartwell and then rolled up a charging Sade for a quick pin attempt before Hartwell interrupted the pin.
The faces hit a double big boot to send Black to the floor. The two square d of with a series of rollups and backslides. Sade attempted a sunset flip over the rope which Hartwell revised into a sliding clothesline for a two count. Hartwell threw Sade into the turnbuckles but Sade leapt on them and hit a reverse flying bodypress. Sade followed that with a sling blade. Sade hit the ropes but Black grabbed her leg enough to ruin her momentum and Hartwell hit a neckbreaker for a two count. Hartwell tried to pin Sade but Black interrupted it. Black threw Hartwell into the corner and hit both Sade and Black with running knee strikes.
Black hit a rope assisted double stomp for a two count on Sade. Black bad mouthed both Sade and Hartwell as she slammed Sade into the mat and threw her out of the ring. Hartwell tried to subdue Black with a back elbow on a corner charge but Black continued her momentum with a kick and another rope-assisted leaping stomp for a two count.
Hartwell regained the momentum by evading a corner charge by Black and hitting a big boot. Hartwell also got a spinebuster for a two count until Sade interrupted the pin. Sade dropped Hartwell with a reverse X-Factor. Sade turned her attention to Black and hit a sit-out-powerbomb for a two count until Hartwell interrupted the pin. Hartwell tried for the Hurts Donut but Sade thwarted it and ran to the ropes. Hartwell tried for a big boot but Sade evaded it and Hartwell hit Black with it. Sade threw Hartwell to the floor and hit a leap over the ropes to drop both of them. Sade threw Hartwell into the ring and hit Hartwell with a really nice moonsault. However, Black got back into the ring and grabbed Sade (who was selling the effects of the moonsault.) She got Sade into position and hit the Blackout (double underhook DDT) for the win.
Post-Match: Black immediately bailed from the ring and started to taunt the two as she recovered on the floor. Hartwell looked incredulous as we went back to the announce table.
As Sade and Hartwell shook hands with the fans. We hear the music and Traci Brooks appears on the rampway with mic in hand. She said Hartwell and Sade want to hear this. Brooks said the TNA knockouts have changed the landscape of pro wrestling. They started the woman’s revolution (in Connecticut, Paul Levesque covers his wife’s ears.) It’s time to do it again, starting on Thursday, there is a 16-woman tournament at the end they will crown the first TNA Knockouts Television Champion. It will defended exclusively on Impact television. (Tony Khan is stewing at this moment, I reckon.)
I mentioned celebrities afoot. One of them was Boston Celtics play-by-play announcer Sean Grande who joins Hannifan and Rehwoldt at the announce desk for the next match.
Eric Young vs. Ricky Sosa
Young is out first in ski mask and poncho. Hannifan went over Young’s resume in TNA and Rehwoldt said you cannot talk about the history of TNA without Young. Grande said tonight he does not want to be the gatekeeper but wants to be the gate (huh???) Sosa is next and the crowd is into his chant and gets a decent pop. Grande redeems himself by saying Sosa is a viral sensation and tonight he has a chance to become an actual sensation (better…)
The two locked up and Young pushed him to the corner. Young snapmared him to the mat and started to paint brush and slap the back of Sosa’s head. Sosa got riled up nailed Young with a series of punches that sent Young to the corner. Sosa ran Young into the turnbuckles and continued his offense. Young tried to rally and backdropped a charging Sosa to the apron. Sosa landed on his feet and hit a springboard dropkick (and got some elevation) that sent Young to the floor. Sosa followed it with a leap over the ropes to drop Young on the floor.
Young got back in the ring but Sosa grabbed him and put him on the turnbuckles when Young charged.
Sosa got Young on the top rope but Young thwarted his offense and landed an avalanche DVD for a two count. Sosa threw Young to the top turnbuckle but Young did the Flin-Flop flip over the turnbuckles and made it to the other side of the ring> however, Sosa met him there and leapt to the top rope and hit a hurincanrana. Sosa hit two running back elbows in the corner and
Young got the momentum back with an eye rake to block the Blue Thunder Bang and hit the Youngblood Neckbreaker. A top rope elbow drop got a two count. Sosa charged Young but Young backdropped him to the apron. Sosa landed on his feet and went to the top turnbuckle but Young avoided a flip. Young hit a solid left hook that dropped Sosa. Young went to the top but a moonsault got mothering but mat.
Sosa rallied with a northern suplex and a sit out powerslam for a two count. Sosa threw Young to the ropes but Young blocked a back body drop and set Sosa up for the piledriver. However, Sosa blocked it and sent Young to the ropes. Sosa caught Young and NOW we get the Blue Thunder Bang for the victory.
Post-Match: Everyone do the “Bang, bang, Sosa, Sosa.” Seriously, just about everyone in the crowd did. Sosa was appreciated and shook hands with the ringside fans.
We get the ring ready as Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk with Ace Steele, the trainer of champions (according to Hannifan) regarding the main event between Santana and Nemeth. Did you say, getting the ring ready? I guess we know what will start the main card…
But first, Miller is on the concourse and surrounded by fans chanting “TNA.” Brand recognition is cool. We get predictions and off to the main show we go.
But first,, we get all the TNA wrestlers on the rampway as former partner Cody Deaner gave a great memorial to Joe Doering (with the video display of the memorial.) Deaner said Doering was loyal and passionate about the sport, including time away from family friends to pursue this. Lastly, was strength, he was big and strong but more so for his heart. Doctors opening skull and remove cancer. Joe said forget that and came back bigger and better than ever. No matter what people tell you, if you have true strength in your heart, you can accomplish anything. He got a chance to say his goodbyes and thank him a few weeks ago. Tonight, we all get to say “thank you, Joe.” Naturally, a “thank you, Joe” chant emerged. Tonight, let’s honor Joe and blow the roof off this place – this one is for Joe.
We get a video highlight for the past 24 years, including the big spots we know and love. We also get words from Frankie Kazarian, Eric Young, Leon Slater and Mike Santana. They really put over the X-Division championship. Indi Hartwell said what drew her to wrestling was the Knockout Division. Slater said he always wanted to have his name as part of the greats, and now it is. We finish with Eddie Edwards saying that the locker room is a family and that is TNA.
Hannifan reiterated that we are on the path to Bound For Glory. And sure enough, we get the first match
Ultimate X Match: Amazing Red vs Frankie Kazarian vs. Fabian Aichner vs. Mr. Elegance vs. Leon Slater vs. Cedric Alexander vs. K C Navarro
Red is out first and Hannifan and Rehwoldt put over his impact (hey..) on the X-Division. Speaking of X-Divisions (Hannifan said that as I wrote it,) Kazarian is next. Hannifan said Kazarian is wearing the same colors he wore on his first Ultimate X match 23 years ago. The lights go out and we hear “Vini, Vidi, Voochi” (I kid Scott Steiner) “Vini Vidi Vici” precedes Aichner’s entrance into the ring. Mr. Elegance is next without the Personal Concierge hype but does join him on the way to the ring. Navarro is next to decent pop. Slater is next and got the biggest pop as the crowd chants along to his theme. Hannifan said this is Slater’s contractual rematch for the X-Division Title. Lastly, the warning buzzer and Alisha Edwards telling us “You can’t beat the System” can only mean that Alexander is next with a beast mask. He got rid of the mask and he hit the ring.
And the schmozapalooza starts. Slater immediately leapt over the ropes and started to beat on Alexander. We get the dalmatian spot already as Mr. E joined the fracas outside and Navarro leapt on them but all three caught him. Aichner climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit a flying bodypress to drop everyone.
Meanwhile, Kazarian made a beeline up the scaffolding and on the cable until Amazing Red caught him. He pulled Kazarian down and hit a flying forearm off the ropes. Red hit the ropes and hit a flipping senton between the ropes to drop everyone on the floor. Red tried to climb the scaffold but Alexander grabbed him. The two fought for position but Alexander hit a Michinoku Driver to drop Red. Alexander tried to climb but Navarro pushed him and crotched Alexander on the ropes. Slater booted Alexander and he and Navarro had a go in the ring. Navarro flipped Over Slater but Slater met him with a rebound spin kick. The two also traded rope spots. However, Slater charged Navarro but Navarro tripped him into the ropes, setting up the 305.
Navarro made it up the scaffold and tried to climb the cable but Slater caught him. Slater tried for a body slam but Navarro evaded it but a Tornado DDT attempt was blocked. Navarro got free and hit a hurincanrana that sent Slater to the ropes again but this time the 305 attempt was blocked by Slater. Slater hit a running boot to Navarro and Aichner and got Navarro on his shoulders. He threw Navarro but Navarro landed on Aichner and NOW he hit the Tornado DDT.
Slater leapt to the floor but Navarro avoided him. As Slater turned a corner, Mr. Elegance floored him with a spear and then Mr. E grabbed Navarro and lawn darted him into the ringpost. Mr. E made an attempt to climb but Aichner pushed him into the scaffolding. Alexander, Aichner, Red and Kazarian were on opposite sides on the ring and all four made a break for the belt. Aichner booted Alexander down. Alexander pulled Aichner down (possibly for a failed Lumbar Check attempt?) Kazarian and Red got off the cable and started to trade kicks and evasions. Kazarian got the better of it with a face-first slam. Both men went to the floor, as Mr. E did his gyrations and made his way to the belt but before he could grab it Navarro grabbed him and hit a superkick.
Navarro immediately hit the Blessing In Disguise to drop Mr. E. At this point, Amazing Red and Navarro were in the ring, respects was shown and then the two started to trade shot. Navarro attempted a Coe Red but Red evaded it. Red hit the ropes and hit a tilt-a-whirl DDT and then the proper Code Red.
Kazarian climbed into the ring and the two traded shots with Red hitting another Code Red off an armdrag block and reversal. Red started his climb but Slater thwarted him with a kick. Slater got on the turnbuckles and the two fought for position. Red got the best of it and attempted an avalanche Code Red (cue Maffew’s “Close Enough”) Slater sold the injury and headed to the floor. Alexander grabbed Red on the floor and hit a release vertical suplex.
Kazarian got back into he ring and he and Alexande3r traded punches. Kazarian hit a back elbow to a charging Alexander to drop him to the floor. Kazarian springboard leapt to the cables and started to reach for the title until Aichner climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit a flying body press to drop him.
At this point, Aichner and Kazarian were selling the match as Slater got back in the ring and started to climb the scaffolding. Navarro met him and Red soon joined them. Aichner joined the party followed by MR. E, who got Aichner on his shoulders. Kazarian joined the fracas and got Navarro on his shoulders. Alexander got Red on his shoulders (to paraphrase Waylon Jennings “Right about now, those X-Division boys are setting up for a huge spot by Slater. Let’s see what it is.” Sure enough, Slater leapt from the top and hit a Blockbuster on all of them (Sans Red and Alexander who fell to the floor.)
Slater got himself ready and climbed to the top rope. Red also got to the top and the race was on tot h the title. Red and Slater unhooked it and started to fight for it with Slater getting possession on the cables. However, Alexander grabbed the belt from the hanging Slater and was declared the winner.
Post-Match: Alexander made a beeline up the rampway and taunted the others with the belt (no doubt screaming all the way.) Slater and Red looked dejected in the ring. They showed respect as Slater dejectedly headed up the rampway. BUT WAIT, here is Kazarian with a mic. He called for Red who was across the ring from him. He wanted Red to listen really well. He said real recognized real. He said with him being in the match and being this close to winning is simply amazing. If Kazarian cam be bold, no body has influenced this generation of stars than Red (that got a huge pop – and side note,eh…) From one TNA OG to another, Red had his eternal respect and pointed to the video screen (one can see where this going.)
We see a prolonged highlight package of the history of Amazing Red, with comments from Santana, Slater, Young and Kazarian. And yup, at Bound For Glory, he gets inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. Good for him. The crowd showed its respect and appreciation with a standing ovation (even from Hannifan and Rewholdt.) Kazarian and Red hugged in the ring and Satnana stood on the rampway incredibly moved. A huge “Amazing Red” chant emerged as Hannifan and Rehwoldt extolled his virtues further.
We get a rundown of the rest of the card and the new stip that the International Title will be an open challenge three way match with two mystery opponents. But next, it’s a battle for NIL and intellectual property.
A J Francis vs. Elijah
The match is preceded by highlights of the feud with Francis initially pitching a collab between the two. Francis bullying someone to get him the paperwork and Francis getting his wish and owning Elijah – per se. We get the official announcement of the match by Elijah.
We get an intro from internet personality Expressions as he instructs the crowd to get their phones ready and shut their mouths. He wants people to show respect to someone who can’t wait to get out of this town just like Jaylen Brown. It’s Mister Slammiversary, A J Francis. Francis emerged to a chorus of boos. It is literally raining money as A J Francis dropped a huge amount of money from the rafters (with his face on it. I don’t think the US Treasury is going to like that.)
Elijah is next. He introduced himself and played the riff of “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” He stopped and asked who wants to walk with him and then changed to the “Seven Nation Army” riff with the crowd singing along with him.
Expressions got him to stop and told him that it is the intellectual property of Francis (technically, the White Stripes but we continue.) Elijah stopped him and said this is the worst version of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air he ever saw. He belabored the “No skill Uncle Phil” line for Francis and “Jackass Jazzy Jeff” for Expressions. He is going to show in TNA, we walk this way (Now that one have been a better riff.)
Elijah hit a leaping knee strike right at the opening bell for a two count. Elijah hit the floor and slammed Francis face into the apron. He also took time to chase Expressions. He got a running start and hit the drive-by knee strike on the apron. Elijah charged Francis but was backdropped to the apron. Expressions grabbed his leg to distract Elijah; which worked as Francis dropped Elijah to the floor with a punch.
Francis feigned leaping over the ropes but stopped himself to taunt the fans. Elijah took time to recover and hit a springboard forearm smash. Elijah grabbed Francis and attempted the “Walk with Elijah” rope walk but Expressions distracted him. Francis got Elijah on his shoulders but Elijah turned it into a sunset flip attempt. Francis blocked that and attempted a Styles Clash which Elijah promptly evaded.
Elijah hit the ropes and Francis met him with a pop up forearm shiver. Francis choked Elijah on the ropes. When the ref tried to break it, Expressions got into the act and choked him. Francis got Elijah in the corner and hit the Tennessee Whiskey running knee strike. In the ring, Elijah blocked a powerbomb attempt and got Francis on his shoulders and hit the Alabama Slam (!!) He mauled Francis in the corner.
Francis threw Elijah into the corner but Elijah blocked it. On the block, Francis caught him but Elijah escaped and hit the (kick, wham) stunner with a great sell by Francis for a two count. Elijah climbed to the top and leapt to Francis but Francis met him a TFL (spear) for a two count. Francis got Elijah on the turnbuckles but Elijah thwarted him. NOW, we the old-school rope walk but the “Drifter Destroyer” (springboard Canadian Destroyer) was caught by Francis, wo delivered his own Alabama Slam.
Francis climbed to the second rope and hit a moonsault (!!) but for two-and-a-fraction. Francis charged Elijah in the corner but Elijah evaded it. Elijah got Francis on the top turnbuckle and after a couple of attempts, Elijah caught Francis into position and hit the Highwayman’s Farewell (tombstone piledriver) but for two-and-a-fraction.
Expressions tried to get into the ring but Elijah grabbed him and his guitar (Expressions tried to sneak it into the ring.) Expressions offered him money (but it was the Francis’ money, so counterfeit charges are forthcoming??) Elijah grabbed Expressions and threatened him the guitar. He thought better of it and walked away until Elijah thought again and “el kabonged” him. Expressions crumpled to the floor.
Meanwhile, Francis grabbed Elijah and hit a powerbomb and NOW we get the Styles Clash but only for two-and-a-fraction. Francis tried to throw Elijah over the rope but Elijah leapt onto the apron and went to the top turnbuckle. A chokeslam was blocked and NOW, we get the full old-school ropewalk into the “Drifter Destroyer” for the victory and his Intellectual Property.
Post-Match: Hannifan waw elated that we can all walk with Elijah as the crowd chanted with him. Elijah grabbed his guitar case and (magically?) the guitar strummed and Elijah grabbed his guitar as his song played.
Miller was backstage and had an interview with Santana. She asked Santana where his head is (on his shoulders??) but Santana asked Boston “what’s good?” (um,not the Red Sox. Patriots aren’t bad, though.) Santana said it is hard to put into the words what is happening here. He has bled for TNA since he walked through its doors. He is going to step in the ring and give his heart and soul. He hoped Nemeth knows who he is walking into the ring and what he is. It’s the signature prize in wrestling – let’s get it. He walked off scene and we get the next title match for the TNA Knockouts Tag Titles.
TNA Knockouts Tag Title Match: The By Elegance Brand (with Ash in tow) vs. Demonxbunny (Rosemary and Allie)
The Undead Realm gang came out first with creepy lighting and to a decent pop. But wait, The Personal Concierge asked (nicely) for their attention. He undermined his nicety by calling the people of Boston idiots. The only good thing about Boston is the Highway out of Boston (that would be 95 for the record.) He wants us to get our phones ready and show some respect for the greatest TNA Knockouts of all time and the greatest Knockouts Tag Team of all time – Heather and M…by Elegance.
The two emerge wearing angelic headgear (something winged, Hannifan called it the pigeon ladies.) Hannifan goofed on PC for good measure. This is the first title match for the title in four months (that’s a hint, gang.)
M and Rosemary start. They trade go-behinds with Rosemary getting the better of it. Rosemary got an armlock (biting the hand.) Rosemary mauled M on the mat. Allie tagged and the two hit a chokeslam double team on M. M scurried to her corner and tagged Heather. Heater was reluctant unsure what to do. Allie grabbed a side headlock and hit a series of shoulderblocks off the ropes. Allie followed it with a big boot and knee lift off the ropes. Allie hit a sliding forearm in the corner. M tried to interfere but Rosemary blocked it. The two hit the Upside Down on the heels on the ropes. However, Ash helped M push Rosemary to the floor. That freed M to hit a sliding boot on the apron to drop Allie.
Heather beat on Allie and tagged M. M put the boots to Allie in the corner and got her on her shoulders. She hit a Michinoku Driver for a two count and tagged Heather. The two hit a wheelbarrow tilt-a-whirl bodypress for a two count. Heather hit the chinlock. Allie tried to rally but Heather pulled the hair to prevent it. M tagged and hit a snapmare into a dropkick for a two count.
Allie tried to rally on M and hit a twisting neckbreaker and both wrestlers were on the mat. Allie tried to make the tag but the Concierge grabbed Rosemary by the leg and pulled her to the floor. M tagged Heather as Heather hit a Springboard Senton with M holding Allie (standing on her for good measure) for a two count. Heather hit a DDT (with Allie draped on the turnbuckles and tagged M. Heather hit a running dropkick and M hit the Toast-to-Toast (Coast to Coast) drop kick from the other side of the ring.
M put the boots to Allie as M taunted the crowd. Allie started to rally and traded punches with M until the two hit simultaneous clothesline and both dropped to the mat. THIS TIME, Rosemary got the hot tag and was a mausoleum on fire as she dropped Heather (also tagged) with a series of clotheslines and a sling blade. Rosemary hit an Exploder suplex as Ash tried to console M. Rosemary got a two count from a side slam off the ropes.
Rosemary ran Heather (foolishly) to her corner and tried a reverse rollup. However, Heather tagged M (see, foolish..) and Heather launched Rosemary into M’s Superkick. Heather hit a moonsault and then M hit a moonsault but Allie interfered with the pin. Allie grabbed Heather and hit a twisting Death Valley Driver but M hit a Blockbuster off the top rope. Rosemary got back in the ring and dropped M with a spear for a two count until Ash interfered with the pin attempt.
Rosemary chased Ash around the ring but the Personal Concierge stood in her way. That made him prime for the green mist of varying doom and the PC sold it like it was anthrax (the poison not the band.) However, Rosemary got in the ring and M hit a clothesline. She tagged Heather and we get an attempted Nip and Tuck (bow and arrow hold into a double stomp.) But, Rosemary moved and Heather double stomped M. Allie hit the Code Breaker and Rosemary hit a reversed DDT to win the Knockouts Tag Titles.
Post-Match: Rehwoldt lamented what happened as the Undead Realm celebrated in the ring as TNA President Carlos Silva awarded them the belts.
We go backstage to Santino Marella who is on the phone with someone as Rae walked into the shot and said Marella gets more idiotic and ridiculous every time she sees him. She questioned why Marella sanctioned the International Match into a three-way match. Marella asked her to relax because the fans will love it. Rae said Marella was incredible, which Marella said that makes him the best.
Speaking of Ali…
International Title Match: Mustafa Ali vs. ??? (and ???)
We get a phalanx of backstage people holding flags (methinks of all the nations in the World Cup.) Ali is dressed very regally and Tasha Steelz flanks him in her queen gear. The color guard surround the ring as Ali gets in the ring (conspicuous by their absence is the Great Hands and Agent Zero.
The first mystery challenger emerged – Rich Swann. Okay…Swann does his dance to the ring and on the apron. Rehwoldt said this was Rae’s choice – who was Marella’s? The answer is UHAA NATION (TAFKA Appollo Crews.) Hannifan was stunned and Nation got a huge pop. The crowd starts to chant with the song (“Uhaa”.) Nation posed on the turnbuckles.
Ali shoved Swann and accosted Nation. Nation responded by gorilla slamming him to the floor. That left Swann and Nation. Sportsmanship was observed and the two hit the ropes, Nation hit a shoulder block after a series of reversals off the ropes, Nation nailed a dropkick. Swann responded by backdropping Nation to the apron and hitting an enziguri. Ali got back in the ring and tried for a quick roll up. Ali got Swann on his shoulders but Nation aided Swann in a Tornado DDT that sent Ali back to the floor.
Nation got in the ring and dropped Swann with a clothesline. The crowd changed “Uhaa” again as Swann kicked Nation and the two brawled on the apron. Nation hit a pump kick and avoided a Swann dive between the ropes. Swann took the opportunity to hit a hurincanrana from the apron to the floor on Ali. Nation hit a moonsault on the standing Swann.
Nation threw Swann into the ring and hit a flying body splash from the top for a two count. Sann and Nation traded punches again. Ali tried to sneak to the top rope but the two took a moment to boot him. The two went back to trading shots. Swann blocked a Suplex attempt as Ali recovered and climbed to the top. Ali caught Swann on a suplex attempt as Nation slumped to the floor and Ali hit a Styles Clash on Swann (on top of Nation) for a two count.
Ali put the boots to Swann in the corner. Swann recovered and hit a series of punches until Ali chopped him to the mat. Ali tried a handspring move off the ropes but Swann avoided it. Swann did the same with a handspring cutter but Ali blocked that and adroitly set Swann into a powerbomb for two-and-a-fraction until Nation interrupted the pin.
Ali tried for a hurincanrana on Nation but Nation blocked it. Nation hit a series of powerbombs until Swann hit the House Call kick on Nation. Swann leapt to Nation on the apron but Nation avoided it. He hit a charging Swann with a back elbow. Nation charged but Swann avoided it and Nation crashed into the ring steps. Meanwhile, Ali hit a bell clap on Swann but Swann recovered with an enziguri and a hurincanrana to the floor. Swann leapt on the second turnbuckle and hit (cue Maffew’s “got most of it”) a Phoenix Splash on a standing Nation. Swann threw Nation into the ropes and Swann hit a 450 splash from the second turnbuckle for a two count.
Nation hit a standing deadlift German Suplex on Swann twice and Ali twice (the second one on Ali was a reverse of the rolling neckbreaker between the ropes.) Swann booted Nation but Ali charged Swann. Ali deflected a boot and picked Swann into German Suplex which was caught by Nation who completed the German Suplex. Nation pinned Swann but Ali interfered. Swann and Ali traded shots over Nation. Swann hit a Tornado DDT on Ali on top of Nation. Swann climbed to the top and hit a frog splash from the top rope on Ali. Ali bridged out of pin so Swann attempted it again but Nation met him there with an enziguri. Nation lifted Swann into a delayed Superplex until Steelz got on the apron and pointed to the rampway. NOW, we get an appearance from Agent Zero who took off his jacket and headed to the ring. The distraction worked as Ali dove between the ropes and dropped Nation.
Zero moved the ring steps and sandwiched Nation in them. Ali climbed to the top rope and Ali attempted the 450 splash. Swann moved and Ali rolled through it. Swann tried for a quick roll up but Ali escaped. Swann hit a 450 kick. Swann attempted another springboard move but Ali caught him and hit a backslide (with a bridge) for the pin.
Post Match: Ali and Steelz embraced as taunted the fans. He also threatened the cameraman and people watching as he headed to the back.
We get a “No Surrender” grudge match next and the appropriate highlight package of the System turning on Moose and the Moose’s attempt to run through the System one by one. We see the betrayal of Alisha and the comeback of Moose, leading to this match.
We also get a long hype of Eddie Edwards with Alisha Edwards before the warning buzzer and Edwards warning.
No Surrender Match: Eddie Edwards (with Alisha Edwards in tow) vs. Moose (with JDC in tow)
Edwards got some cheers after the announcement he is Boston. Edwards also accosted —, who was on the pre-game show. Alisha punctuated it by calling him a loser. Moose headed to the ring but first embracing Uhaa Nation before running to gorilla and queueing his music. Edwards started right at the onset hitting a knee strike as Moose was on the apron awaiting to get in the ring. Edwards dove between the ropes but Moose caught him and hit with a powerbomb on the apron. Moose followed it with a bucklebomb on the ring post.
Moose attempted to powerbomb Edwards on the ring steps but Edwards evaded it. Moose charged Edwards but Edwards backdropped Moose on said ringsteps. The Edwards’ put the bad mouth on Moose’s son and wife (sitting ringside.) Moose recovered by hitting a running back elbow in the corner and the urinagi/spot chain for a two count. Moose sent Edwards to the floor with a clothesline over the ropes. He threw Edwards back into the ring and grabbed a table from underneath the ring. He tried to bring it in the ring but Edwards hit a sliding dropkick into it and dropped Moose.
Moose writhed on the floor as Edwards now put the table in the ring right before running Moose into the ringpost. Edwards threw Moose into the ring and chopped away in the corners. Moose no sold it and landed a chop of his own. The two traded chops for an elongated time. Moose hit a big boot; Edwards responded with an enziguri. Moose headbutted Edwards but Edwards responded with a clothesline off the ropes. Edwards hit the Boston Knee Party as Alisha tried to convince JDC to throw in the towel. Eddie glared at JDC who was trying to rile Moose.
Edwards grabbed a chain from under the ring and wrapped it around his knee. Hannifan talked about Moose using a chain in the first “No Surrender “match when he won the world title from Alex Shelley. Edwards tried for another Boston Knee Party but Moose blocked it and lifted Edwards into a Powerbomb. Moose grabbed the table and set it into the corner. Moose and JDC tried to get Alisha to throw in the towel, but Alisha flipped Moose the double middle finger.
Moose prepared to Hit the Stick (Spear) but Edwards blocked it and hit a series of knee strikes with the chain-wrapped knee. Edwards hit a superkick and went back to the floor. Edwards grabbed a zip tie and zip tied Moose to the ropes by his arms. Alisha continued to bad mouth JDC. Edwards walked around the ring and grabbed a kendo stick under the ring. Edwards went to town on Moose as Moose’s wife showed concern. JDC climbed on the apron and thought about throwing the towel with Edwards beckoning him.
Moose’s wife grabbed the towel and threatened to throw it but JDC held her arm. Edwards grabbed Moose’s wife by the hair and threw her to the floor. Hannifan (and all of civilized world) was aghast by this. Edwards also dropped JDC. Moose’s son went to aid his mother as Alisha put the bad mouth to her. Eddie grabbed his son (King) and threw him into the ring. He threatened to piledrive him but King hit a low blow that dropped Eddie. Alisha grabbed Moose’s wife but she broke loose and slapped Alisha. Moose broke free of the zip ties and Hit the Stick on Edwards (with Shawn Michaels sell job) twice.
JDC handed Moose the chain and wrapped it around his body for another spear. Edward was bleeding internally and crawled (conveniently) to the corner where the table was. Moose got ready for another spear but Alisha stood in his way and….threw in the towel.
Post-Match: JDC congratulated Moose and then hit a (kick, wham) stunner on Eddie. Eddie staggered behind Alisha and NOW Moose speared both Alisha and Eddie into the table. Yup, that’s your face in this feud…..Oh, and yeah, he had the chain still wrapped around him. Moose and family (and JDC) stood in the ring triumphantly.
Hey, are you wearing your passion? Why Not? Shop at TNAmerch.com and do that.
We see Nemeth and Santana getting ready backstage for the World Title match forthcoming. But first, we get another World Title Match for the Knockouts World Title. And yeah, we get the video highlight package of the two (same as the one on the pre-show) as we see Lee also winning the title from Arianna Grace.
TNA Knockouts World Title Match: Lei Ying Lee vs. Xia Brookside
Brookside is out first to a decent around of boos as she taunted the fans and posed on the ropes. Lee looked focused after striking her poses (with a sword, she isn’t playing this time.) She posed on the turnbuckles as Brookside glared at her. We get the formal introductions from Mitchell and Lee and Brookside jaw at each other. When the bell rang, the two eyed each other and went fore head to forehead with each other. Brookside slapped Lee. Naturally, Lee took umbrage and dropped Brookside to pound away on the mat with her.
Lee kept the assault going on the mat and threw her around the ring. Lee whipped Brookside into the turnbuckles to continue the assault. Brookside backdropped Lee into the apron but Lee remained relentless in her assault on Brookside. She flipped over Brookside and hit a rolling trip on Brookside and followed it with a knee strike. Lee hit a dropkick off the ropes and continued to scream at Brookside. She hit a German Suplex and sent Brookside to the floor. Lee hit a spear from the apron to the floor and slammed Brookside repeatedly into the apron.
Lee hit a series of knee strikes into the abdomen and then a thrust kick. However, with Brookside on the ringpost, Lee tried another thrust kick that Brookside ducked. Lee sold the injury as Brookside attacked. Brookside taunted Lee and continued to attack the leg, slamming it into the ringpost and the apron. Lee tried to rally but Brookside attacked her int the corner and hit a rope-assisted stomp on the leg. She continued to work the leg by wrapping it around the ropes, including a sliding dropkick on it.
Brookside hit a leg drop on the leg and stomped it on the mat. She hit the “Angel Warriors” pose whilst holding a leg lock an slugging Lee. Lee continued to beg for more and Brookside obliged. However, Lee rallied by grabbing Brookside and hit a series of headbutts before Brookside escaped and kicked Lee. Brookside hit a series of kicks on Lee until Lee caught a kick and hit a leg take down into a single leg Boston crab (hey, that’s where they are.)
Lee hit a roundhouse kick as she continued to sell the leg. She hit her hand strikes another series of kicks (including two roundhouse kicks and a pump kick.) All the while, Lee sold the leg on a step up knee strike. She did manage to hit the 10-punch corner spot, followed by an exploder suplex for a two count. Lee tried to hit the Warrior’s Way but couldn’t maintain it and Brokside hit a chop block. Brookside got Lee on the corner and tried to hit her old finisher – the Brooksy Bomb (strait jacket slam from the top rope.) However, Lee blocked it with a series of kicks. Lee picked up Brookside to the second turnbuckle and managed to hit a powerbomb (Brookside grabbed the turnbuckle during her attempt to block, tearing the cover from it. Hmmm….) Lee got a two count from it.
Lee climbed to the second turnbuckle for a moonsault and Brookside tried to stop her. Lee stopped her initially but on the second attempt she hit the rope and Lee went face-first into the exposed turnbuckle. Lee crumpled to the mat. Brookside got her into position and hit the Dark Side (DDT) to claim the Knockouts World Title.
Post-Match: Brookside was genuinely moved at the result and as Silva put the title on her. She recovered and went back to heeldom as she taunted Lee and stood over her with the belt. She taunted the fans as she headed up the rampway.
We get a hype for Lockdown – the next Pay Per View and start to push for Bound For Glory in Tampa. We also get hype for Destination X in Edmonton (hey, fearless leader..) We get the pivot to the Four-Way Tag Team ladder match and the dangers included.
TNA Tag Team Title Match: The Hardys vs. The System vs. Righteous vs. Order Four
We get the prerequisite warning buzzer and Alisha Edwards telling us, once again, that one can’t beat the System. Myers and Bronson head to the ring in pink and black attire (is it a secret alliance with the Hart Foundation? Tune in to the hotline. Ask your parent’s permission.) Order Four is next (with their old music for inexplicable reason) and Hotch’s family are here, n’awwww. They greet the family (Hotch kisses his daughter.) One person who won’t be kissed by Hotch’s daughter are the Righteous. The young lady makes the introduction and the snapping and slide guitar confirm it (Mitchell still insists on the weird inflection on “Righteous.”) The crowd instantly starts to chant for the Hardys and we get the Broken Matt “yess…” with a quick piano before the regular music hits to the loudest pop of the night.
The Hardys head to the ring but grab a ladder and drop the charging Order Four and the System. They attack Vincent and Dutch with the ladder in the ring. Jeff beat on Dutch and Vincent as Matt and Jeff climbed the ladder but The System attack Jeff and order Four and Righteous attack matt. Myers charged Dutch but Dutch speared him to the floor. Vincent hit a Dudley Dog on Bronson. Vincent leapt over the ropes but sat on the apron. Dutch hit the ropes and leapt over the ropes to drop the other teams.
Vincent climbed to the top by Skyler got him on his shoulders and hit a rolling splash onto the other teams. Hotch grabbed the ladder and started to ascend but was met by Myers. Hotch hit a moonsault off the ladder and over the ropes so he had the chance to drop the others. Myers grabbed the ladder and tried to ascend it but the Hardys met him and dragged to the mat. Jeff beat on Myers in the corner. Matt threw him into the corner and the Hardys hit the Poetry in Motion as Jeff threw Myers into a Side Effect by Matt. Jeff climbed the turnbuckles and hit a flying bodypress.
The Hardys grabbed another ladder and set it next to the first one. They each climbed a ladder but the Righteous intercepted them. The Hardys fended them off as Matt hit the Twist of Fate on Dutch. Vincent dropped Jeff and he and Matt climbed the ladder. Matt grabbed Vincent and hit the descending head ram into each rung of the ladder. The Hardys went back to the floor and grabbed a table underneath the ring (because, of course they did.)
The Great Hands intercepted the Hardys when they set the table and grabbed the ring steps and rammed them into Jeff’s head. The Hands set up another table under the ring until the System intercepted him. The System grabbed another table under the ring and set that on top of one of the other tables. Sure, why not? Hey, guess what, The Righteous did the same. The System and Righteous brawled on the floor. The System got the better of it and got in the ring to climb the table. They were intercepted by Order Four. They knocked down one of the ladders and ran the other into Myers. They tried it to Bronson but Bronson positioned himself and hit the ladder so the Hands fell under the ladder. Bronson got ready and hit a senton on the ladder.
Meanwhile, the Righteous, who disappeared for a minute, emerged from backstage with a ladder straight from the “Wicked Garden” (wrapped with flowers and barbed wire.) They threw it in the ring but Bronson tried to defend himself with a ladder on Dutch and an urinagi on Vincent. Bronson grabbed the “wicked ladder” and put it in the corner. Bronson attempted to run Vincent into it but Dutch stopped him and picked up Dutch and ran him into the ladder with a powerslam. Bronson convulsed as Dutch grabbed him and slammed him into the ladder. Vincent hit a senton off the top rope.
They sandwiched Bronson between the ladder and started to slam it into him. Vincent walked on the ladder but Myers got on the second turnbuckle and hit a spear on Vincent. The momentum was short lived as Dutch slammed Myers into the ladder, further sandwiching Bronson.
The Righteous grabbed the (normal) ladder and started to climb for the titles but the Great Hands knocked over the ladder, sending the Righteous to the floor. Matt Hardy tried to stop him but the Hands got the better of him, hitting The Favor (a leaping neckbreaker from the Fireman’s position) off the ladder. Now, it was the Hands turn to again try to get the titles. However, Myers dropped Hotch and Vincent dropped Skyler. Now, it was a race between the System and the Righteous to grab the titles as the crowd chanted for the Hardys.
Vincent and Myers got to the top and started to brawl until Vincent and grabbed the “Lily of the Valley” and jammed it into Myers’ mouth (the one from the Wicked Garden match a few weeks ago.) Myes tried to fight off the effects and staggered to the top but Myers was overcome with the poison and collapsed to the mat. Bronson tried to get revenge and hit the Bear Down (Rikishi Driver) on Vincent onto the “Wicked Ladder.” Bronson fought off the effects and started to climb to the top. However, Dutch climbed to the top and the two started to brawl.
Whilst they fought, The Hardys recovered and knocked over the ladder, sending both big men to crash into the tables. The Hardys started to clime the ladder but the Great Hands grabbed them. However, when they climbed to the top, the Hardys reciprocated and pulled them to the mat and hit double Twists of Fate. They put Skyler on a ladder between the ring and barricade. They also subdued Hotch and put him on top of his partner. They grabbed the “wicked ladder” and set it next to the Hands. Jeff climbed to the top of the ladder and hit a Swanton Bomb off the ladder. Jeff ran around and slapped hands with the fans as Matt set up the normal ladder. The Hardys climbed to the top and grabbed the titles.
Post-Match: The crowd erupted with the victory as the Hardys posed on the turnbuckles and Silva presented them the title.
Before the main event, we see a special look at Mike Santana who in essence wrote a love letter to Konnan, essentially (wearing a Yankees jersey and Puerto Rico themed shorts.) He talked about his daughter and talked about the Latinos that paved the way in TNA. We see footage of Konnan over the years. He said Konnan was a scarecrow, outstanding in his field but now he stands somewhere else, at Bound For Glory, Konnan will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame.
We go over the announcement during the pre-game that Tracy Brooks announced the start of the Knockouts TV title tournament that starts Thursday. After that, we get the final hype of the Main Event with recent footage, starting with Nemeth announcing he is cashing in his “call your shot” trophy challenge at Slammiversary. We get words from Nemeth deriding Santana and that he is on borrowed time.
TNA World Title Match: Mike Santana vs. Nic Nemeth
Nemeth is out first with his trophy and a USA flag jacket. He walked around the ring and showed everyone the trophy. Santana’s music and chryon played as he walked through the concourse of the Agganis Arena to thunderous applause and through the crowd. The crowd loves him. He made it to the ring and we get the formal introductions. (hey, did Nemeth go for the “Caucafarian” look with braids?) We get a “Yankees suck” chant as Santana playfully shrugged and the bell rang.
The two did the forehead to forehead stare and started to shove each other. Nemeth slapped Santana, who no sold it. A lock up proved fruitless. Eventually, Santana got the initial offense with a huge shoulder block off the ropes. Nemeth went to the floor, regrouped and got back into it. Hannifan went over Nemeth’s “Money in the Bank” cash when he won the world title from Alberto Del Rio and how this somewhat parallels the situation. In the ring, Nemeth tried an amateur wrestling takedown and pin but Santana escaped. The two briefly chased each other but Nemeth ended in the ring and Santana on the floor.
Nemeth grabbed an armlock in the ring and tried another amateur takedown but Santana escaped and they repeated the same mini-chase. In the ring, Santana threw Nemeth to the floor and Nemeth attempted another chase but Santana stayed in the ring and hit a superkick when Nemeth returned. Nemeth hit the ropes and hit a dive over the top onto Nemeth.
Santana chopped away on Nemeth on the floor. Nemeth tried to escape over the barricade btu Santana caught him. Santana propped Nemeth on the ringpost and feigned a chop which Nemeth ducked. However, Santana put the boots to Nemeth. Santana ran Nemeth into the barricade.
BUT HOLD EVERYTHING, Ryan Nemeth entered the ring and started to yell at Santana . Santana acted incredulous but Santana got in the ring. The referee immediately ejected him as Santana celebrated Ryan’s dismissal (the crowd joined him with Steam’s “Na, Na, Hey, Hey (Goodbye)” chant. Meanwhile, Santana focused on Nic. Nic, though, grabbed his trophy and ran it into Santana’s head. Nemeth got in the ring and the referee started the count. Santana just beat the count but was a bloody mess. Nemeth assaulted Santana on the mat and tried to worsen the cut. He hit a flying elbowsmash for a two count.
Nemeth grabbed a crossface. Santana tried counter but Nemeth responded with another elbowdrop and started to work the cut on the ropes. Nemeth grabbed the sleeper hold as Santana desperately tried to get to this feet. He managed to do so and run Nemeth into the turnbuckles but Nemeth reapplied the hold. Santana desperately fell backward to finally break the hold. We got a small dueling chant of “Let’s go Nemeth/Santana.” In the ring, the two writhed on the amt and tried to arise. Santana got the upper hand with a series of punches and a flying clothesline.
Nemeth was in the corner and we got the “blocked kick/Enziguri” spot. Nemeth tried to run Santana into the ropes, but Santana bucked him off to hit the Rolling Block 50 spot for a two count. Santana tried for a powerbomb but Nemeth blocked it. Nemeth reversed a suplex but Santana threw Nemeth into the ropes and hit a Death Valley Driver for a two count. Santana motioned for the Spin the Block but Nemeth countered with a superkick for two-and-a-fraction.
Santana hit a big boot to a charging Nemeth and threw Nemeth into the turnbuckles. However, Nemeth leapt on the turnbuckles and hit a Tornado DDT and followed it with the Danger Zone for two-and-a-fraction. Nemeth got “shock face” and the crowd chanted “TNA.” Nemeth signaled for another superkick as Santana staggered around the ring. Nemeth hit the Superkick but Santana no sold it and hit the Spin the Block for two-and-a-fraction. A “This is awesome” chant emerged and, well, it’s good.
Santana signaled again for the Spin the Block but Nemeth responded with a leg kick and then a superkick. However, Santana kicked out at a one count. Santana hit his own superkick and the two staggered around the ring. Santana signaled for Spin the Block but could not complete it due to exhaustion/loss of blood (according to Hannifan and Rehwoldt.) Nemeth hit another Danger Zone and got the three count.
Post-Match: Silva gave Nemeth the title as Ryan instantly hit the ring and broke out the champagne bottles and doused each other with champagne. Nic Nemeth posed on the turnbuckles with the belt as we go off the air.
Impactful Ruminations:
One: (sigh..) Okay. The main event was disappointing and the wrong guy won. Without knowing the working of contracts behind the scenes, Santana is probably on the way to the land of WWE. Nemeth has to be a transitional champion, at best. We all scoffed at the ages of other world champs in other promotions and now Nemeth hits that mark, too. I could give it some leeway if it was a classic and I did not get that feeling. Santana rallied too quickly and then fell too quickly. THe pacing seemed off although both did the best they could. Ryan played his role well and might start to transfer to almost a managerial role given the punchability of his character. I do hope this leads to a big payday for Santana coming to WWE. I hate to see this lead to yet another climb to the top.
Two: Let me talk about my boxing gloves. I had them for two years, did dozens of workouts and sparred countless rounds. I was happy to put them on and start after my quad injuries. However, the gloves lose their padding and get old, you can feel where the padding goes and where you can almost put you finger on the cloth. There is a rule about that in the gym and some people have been sent away from sparring until new gloves are purchased. The Hardys are my old boxing gloves. I know it’s a ladder match but the act has worn so thin and the padding is gone. I can feel the cloth on these. If you wanted to pull the trigger, this is when you pull it for another team aside from them to win the tag titles. The Righteous were right there. Heck, the Great Hands were right there.
Three: I was felt a bit uneasy watching the Moose vs. Edwards match. The family getting involved was just way too over the top and did we really need the family violence. I know I sound prudent but that just took me out of the match (even with them getting revenge.) Alisha throwing the towel to save Eddie might lead to something but they already (sort of) went down that road only to reveal the ruse of Alisha still with the System. Yup, the guy who speared (wrapped in a chain) the wife and husband through a table was your face.
Four: Brookside winning is interesting. However, the pre-game fesitivites undermined her win. Whilst I have rapidly been impressed with Brookside and she has a huge salvo of faces to grapple, they jobbed two of the biggest to – Elayna Black? Huh? So, Black and Brookside will compete for the Knockouts title?
Five: And now, we have a watered down Knockouts division with a third title? It would be kind of nice if they had some quality depth like say, Tessa Blanchard and Dani Luna back. Depth is needed. I don’t know who the other competitors will be in the match. They better load up on free agents – and I mean binge on signing like never before seen. I am hopeful but it is eclipsed by dread. The silver lining is possibly seeing if they trust M enough to get a singles run now that….
Six: RosemaryxBunny is too weird a title (I agree with who said just call them the Undead Realm.) So, they won and a nice emeritous award for them? Now, aside from the By Elegance Brand who is left? Seriously, who is there to fill the role. The division seems, well, dead. I could see the miscommunication maybe leading to something down the road with a Brand breakup but waiting to see what is happening with Ash.
Seven: Chicken feces heels are going to chicken feces heel and so I get how they framed Alexander’s win. But, that was almost too chicken. During a normal match; sure, okay, I get it and am okay with it. I guess Alexander gets his first defense and the contenders start to slot themselves. I hope this gets Slater bumped to world title contention. It would make sense to see him as a star and think he can carry the company much like Santana. It also felt like Kazarian and Red’s sole reason for being there was the reveal of Red going to the TNA HOF. Although, Kazarian did a nice job doing the announcing of it.
Eight: Sosa performed great and Young knew his role whilst TNA fought against its natural tendencies (at least, here.) Sosa looked the part and can’t wait to see what is next.
Nine: Welcome, Uhaa Nation. A few people called it and I am always glad to see him as I was very impressed with his work in WWE. Now, Nation can build a hunt story against Ali (why you just could not beat Ali, I am not sure, but we all love a narrative, right? Right?) Swann looked great but after a nice debut and signature win against Francis and a great match versus Santana. He has disappeared (speaking of disappearing, anyone seen BDE? Remember when they were mentor/mentee? Anyone?)
10: I get the feeling we might see heel vs. heel as the System deals with the Righteous. The System as faces were odd but this might be a good way of keeping their legs churning whilst we lament the Righteous not getting a sniff of the world tag team titles.
- So, Elijah got his NIL and property back. Yeah…..Francis jobbed again, booo. I do like the pairing of Francis and this Expressions guy. I know they are slightly (well maybe far more than that) cribbing Trick Williams and Little Yachty. I guess with all heel singles title holders, Elijah can have his choice of who he could challenge. He is a talented wrestler but the gimmick has well run its course.
- Hannifan and Rehwoldt were fantastic on the mic, per usual. There was an unusual vibe and possible hint, though, that this might have been a punt for what is coming down the road for changes in TNA. They were quick to hype this being the start for Bound For Glory road as they did for Slammiversary.
Lastly, RIP Joe Doering. Nice tribute by Deaner and by Hannifan and Rehwoldt.
Fight the Good Fight.
