Paul “Triple H” Levesque has signed a new multi-year deal to remain WWE’s Chief Content Officer, according to comments made by Nick Khan at a TKO town hall. While the exact length of the contract has not been disclosed, the move confirms Levesque will continue leading WWE creative for the foreseeable future.
AEW Expected To Be Landing Spot For Two Released WWE Stars
The Motor City Machine Guns, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, are expected to leave WWE when their contracts expire in July, following their post-WrestleMania 42 release. While TNA remains an option, multiple sources believe AEW is the most likely destination, with prior interest from the company dating back to 2024. The duo is said to be taking the situation positively, despite hoping for more opportunities in WWE, where they had seen reduced use in recent months after initially winning the Tag Team Titles shortly after debuting.
Fan Who Went Missing During WWE WrestleMania 42 Weekend Found Dead
A wrestling fan who went missing during WrestleMania 42 weekend has been found dead. Authorities confirmed that 43-year-old Mark Izard, from the United Kingdom, died on April 18 in Las Vegas, with the cause of death still under investigation. Izard was last seen leaving a WWE event after attending WrestleMania week activities, including a signing appearance with Natalya. His disappearance had prompted concern online before the tragic outcome was confirmed.
Released WWE Superstar Retires
Luca Crusifino has announced his retirement from professional wrestling. In a statement, Crusifino said stepping away was a difficult but necessary decision, thanking WWE, his colleagues, and fans for their support during his four-year run. A former NXT talent known for his role in the D’Angelo Family, he described his time in WWE as a lifelong dream fulfilled and said he is now ready to move on to the next chapter.
