Chris Jericho Returned To AEW Dynamite

Chris Jericho made his return to AEW Dynamite last night in his hometown of Winnipeg, marking his first appearance in around a year. Jericho briefly addressed the crowd with “I’m home” but did not comment on speculation surrounding his future, which had included rumours of a WWE return during his absence. Reports had indicated his AEW contract was extended due to time missed, and recent backstage belief pointed towards his return to AEW. Jericho, the promotion’s first world champion, had been away since April 2025 following his loss to Bandido at Dynasty.

Randy Orton has continued teasing an alliance with a mystery “phone friend” following his heel turn on Cody Rhodes, confirming he will meet the individual on the April 3 episode of WWE SmackDown in St. Louis.
