WWE Orders Logan Paul To Cancel Boxing Challenge Against NFL Players

Logan Paul’s challenge to box an active NFL player has reportedly been blocked by WWE management. Paul had offered $1 million to any current NFL player willing to face him in the ring, with several players responding to the challenge. However, during a livestream, a WWE official contacted Paul and told him to stop pursuing the match due to injury risk and the company’s policy on outside activities. Paul ultimately agreed to the directive, saying that as a WWE Superstar, he would respect the company’s decision and prioritise his commitment to WWE.

WWE Hall Of Famer Billy Gunn Reveals When He Will Retire From Pro Wrestling

Billy Gunn says his in-ring future largely depends on his sons, Austin and Colten Gunn. Speaking at the For The Love of Wrestling convention in Manchester, the WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW coach explained that he plans to retire once his sons no longer feel they need his guidance. Gunn added that watching their matches often makes him emotional, admitting he sometimes finds himself “sitting on the side crying like a big baby” while seeing them perform.

WWE HOFer Lex Luger Kills Rumour On Hospitalisation

Lex Luger has denied rumours that he was recently hospitalised, confirming on social media that he is at home and doing well while relaxing and watching sports. The 67-year-old WWE Hall of Famer, who has been partially paralysed since a spinal stroke in 2007 but has improved his mobility in recent years with help from DDP Yoga, said the reports were false. Luger also sent prayers to fellow wrestling veteran Konnan, who is reportedly in the hospital after undergoing leg amputation surgery.

Penta To Defend Intercontinental Title On WWE Raw

WWE has announced that new Intercontinental Champion Penta will defend the title against El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw. The match stems from a segment where Americano congratulated Penta and requested a future title opportunity after Penta defeated Dominik Mysterio to win the championship. Mysterio’s loss followed tension with his Judgment Day teammates and an earlier encounter with Danhausen, who placed a “curse” on him before the match. Chad Gable has portrayed the masked Original El Grande Americano since returning at the Royal Rumble and has been feuding with a second version of the character, played by Ludvig Kaiser.
