WWE NXT Star Poised For Main Roster Call-Up And Character Refresh
Sol Ruca is reportedly set for a character refresh, including a new theme song, as she prepares for a likely move to WWE’s main roster. According to WrestleVotes Radio, there is an internal belief that her NXT run has run its course, with a call-up to Raw or SmackDown expected soon. Ruca, who impressed with a final-three finish in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble and recently defeated Bayley at Saturday Night’s Main Event, has also been working more dark matches and was tentatively planned to be in Chicago for Elimination Chamber on February 28.
WWE 2K26 MyRise Story Details Revealed
WWE 2K26’s MyRise mode will centre on a storyline titled “The Comeback,” following a returning Superstar known as “The Archetype” as they clash with Paul Heyman and either Bron Breakker or Jordynne Grace, depending on the player’s chosen gender. Developer Sean Conaway said the core story remains the same for male and female characters, though player choices and divisions will create meaningful differences. He also noted that this year’s mode addresses past complaints about replay fatigue. WWE 2K26 releases on March 13, with special editions available in early access on March 6.
WWE Files For Multiple New Interesting Trademarks
WWE has filed several new trademarks, including potential video game titles and in-ring names. Applications submitted on February 18 include WWE Eras Collide, WWE Generations, and WWE Domination, all of which are linked to gaming-related software. The company also filed trademarks for Tristan Angels and Dorian Van Dux under wrestling entertainment services, suggesting possible new talent names. A day earlier, WWE applied to register the WWE Clash trademark for use in professional wrestling programming. It remains unclear when or how the names will be used.
Documentary on WWE Hall of Famer nearing premiere
A new documentary focused on WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels is reportedly close to release. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the completed feature will include fresh interviews with Michaels’ peers and former rivals and is expected to explore his career and accomplishments in depth. While no official premiere date has been announced, the project is reportedly finished.
