It looks like Christmas outside where I am today, as we’ve had a considerable amount of snow come down through the night, good thing we’ve got all these lovely new blog posts to keep us warm. Mercedes Moné Becomes Undisputed ROH Women’s World TV Champion on AEW Dynamite
Mercedes Mone added another title to her trophy cabinet (she must be running out of space to put them in her house by now), as she became the Undisputed ROH Women’s World TV Champion by defeating interim champion Red Velvet on the joint three-hour Dynamite and Collision last night.
Couple Arrested On Murder Charges Following Former WWE NXT Talent Kevin Nikel’s Death
A couple has been arrested and charged with murder after former WWE NXT star Knuckles Madsen, whose real name was Kevin Nikel, was fatally shot in Benton County, Arkansas, back in July.
AEW Full Gear card updated, new matches revealed
After last night’s special three-hour Dynamite and Collision, the card for Full Gear seems to have been finalised as new matches were added to the show, including a four-way tag match in the women’s division, with the winning team getting the opportunity to choose their match stipulation in the upcoming semifinal bouts in the Women’s Tag Team Title tournament. Also, Jon Moxley and Kyle O’Reilly will go head-to-head in a No Holds Barred match, and the CMLL World Trios Title will be defended.
GUNTHER Reaches 20-Year Anniversary of Pro-Wrestling Debut
Gunther recently celebrated 20 years in the pro wrestling business as he debuted on November 19, 2005, in Bern, Switzerland, where he teamed with Sigi the Swiss Tank against Baron von Hagen and Adam Polak in front of 120 fans, a far cry from the 56,000-plus that saw him win his first World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam 2024.
