Goodness, would you look at the time, it’s Morning Daily News o’clock! But before that, let’s take a look at what the blog gave us yesterday. First up, we’ve got Garth Holmberg’s review of AWA Championship Wrestling from January 1, 1990, and we have Alex Podgorski’s latest Minus-Star Match Review for Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena from WrestleMania 41 Night Two.

Rampage Jackson says he doesn’t condone what son Raja did to Syko Stu

In the wake of the incident that took place between MMA fighter Raja Jackson and independent wrestler Syko Stu at a KnokX Pro Wrestling event on Saturday, where a planned angle between Raja and Stu turned into an assault by Raja on Stu, Raja’s father, former UFC star Rampage Jackson, addressed the incident and said that he doesn’t condone what his son did and feels bad for Stu. However, he did say that he will have his son’s back and will wait to see how it plays out in court. Rampage also said that he hopes he can one day meet Stu and have a “man-to-man” chat with him.

WWE To Issue Apology Over Becky Lynch’s Ozzy Osbourne Comments On Raw

It has been reported that WWE will likely make a private apology to the Osbourne family over the comments Becky Lynch made about the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and the city of Birmingham during a promo between Lynch and Nikki Bella on Monday’s Raw. Lynch, in her promo, said that the only good thing to come out of the city of Birmingham was Ozzy, and that he “had the good sense” to move to America and said “because if I lived in Birmingham, I’d die too.” Lynch’s comments caused public outrage and sparked a heated response from Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne.

Three Wrestlers Released From The WWE ID Program

It has been announced that three wrestlers were cut from WWE’s ID (Independent Development) program yesterday after one of the released wrestlers, Aaron Roberts, posted about his release on Twitter. A report from PWInsider that came out after Roberts’ announcement confirmed that he, Ice Williams and Jordan Oasis were all released from the program.

More WWE Stars Revealed To Be In Attendance At Vince McMahon’s 80th Birthday Party

After numerous WWE stars were confirmed to have attended Vince McMahon’s 80th birthday party in New York, more names have been revealed to have been on the guest list, including the likes of The Miz and his wife Maryse, Titus O’Neil, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, and Jerry “The King” Lawler.
