Blog Question, WWE 2K Game themed

Good morning Mr. Keith. Hope all is well. I'm debating getting wwe 2k25, haven't gotten a wwe game since 2k22 was on sale. Got Fight for tHe Fallen when it was free and didn't play more than a few hours tops. In terms of features, options and availability, the 2k series is the obvious pinnacle of a wrestling game, at this moment.
With that being said, I want to know from you and fellow bloggers, whenever you picked up your copy of a wwe game, whether recent or your last go at it, what direction did you start populating your CAW's and arenas in? For me, it was late 80's/early 90s WWF. But once AEW came around, i just flood my slots with their roster and a lot of NJPW. I may be critical of it on tv, but the hard hitting, strong style, no-selling comebacks and high risk moves are perfect in a video game world and I enjoy it immensely.
I typically buy the 2k games when they go on sale months later and then play the tutorial and never touch them again. All I want is a next gen update of No Mercy! Why is this such a hard thing for anyone to deliver?
