So, the word going around is WWE doesn't want to show interest in “Independent talent”, which can only mean they really are all in on creating talent from the ground up. I can't imagine this going well long term, so how long do you see them committed to this idea, assuming they follow through with these plans?

Historically speaking, it's been proven time and again by the WWE system that all you need to be a top level superstar is three things:

1. Be tall.
2. Be muscular
3. Have a full head of hair.

Really, complicating things by scouting for meaningless intangibles like “talent” or “marketability” or “personality” is just making Johnny's job far harder than it needs to be.
