Survivor Series 93 had a lot of changes from its original card. The Four Doinks were MOM and The Bushwhackers. Was that always the plan or was it changed when Matt Bourne was fired shortly before the event? Was it supposed to be Matt Bourne as Doink and
3 other Doinks?

In the Observers at the time, Dave's theory leading up to the show was four actual Doinks, but the MOM/Whackers thing was likely the original idea.
Mr. Perfect no-showed and was replaced by Macho Man. He didn't show up again until WM X. Did they think he was done or was he expected back to wrestle at some point after Survivor Series?
His back was messed up and he was expected to be out long-term.
Shawn Michaels was reinstated after Jerry Lawler's arrest. If Lawler was able to compete, was Shawn coming back anyways, or did they rush his reinstatement due to Lawler's legal issues?
The two things weren't really related and it was more of a coincidental occurrence. Vince always wanted to push Shawn and wasn't going to keep him out for long, even if Shawn was being a dick and throwing a tantrum at that point.
