Vince McMahon and grudges

Scott,

Why would Vince fire and re-hire problem people like Warrior and Marty Jannetty multiple times, but blacklist Jeff Jarrett from WWE because he held a grudge against Jarrett for “holding Vince up for money” when his contract expired before the PPV back in ’99?

Is it just because Vince didn’t think that Jarrett would draw in WWE in 2001 after the WCW buyout?

I think a lot of it comes down to what he thinks will make him money. He overlooked a lot of bullshit with Hogan as well because SummerSlam main events paid off.
As for Marty, god only knows.
