The explosion of wrestling podcasts

By Scott Keith on 21 December 2017

Scott,
Have you been listening to Tony Shiavone's What Happened When Monday podcasts? I have tried to play it when they do the old shows and it's pretty entertaining, with a mix of history from Tony's perspective.
Also, does it seem like every former wrestler or personality from the past has their own podcast now? Is Stone Cold to blame for the trend? Curious on your thoughts.
I keep it to Corny, Tony, and Bruce to get my nostalgic fix of the 80's and 90's.
I don't usually listen to wrestler ones. My subscription list is basically the Observer shows, OVP and Place to Be at the moment, with Lapsed Fan on there for times when I need something long to listen to. And yeah, I'd say Austin is the guy who triggered the "every former wrestler must have a podcast" trend, but if it makes the guys some extra cash, good for them.
