Women’s Rumble; Eliminations?

Do you think the Women's Rumble will have them going over the top rope to the floor for an elimination seeing as in the past, they allowed eliminations to be between the ropes for women's battle royals?
I'm pretty sure they're OK to go over the top. It is 2017, after all.
