40 minute mark – who are these guys? They had the temerity to do this match in the mid 80’s and not promote this division? Good lord this is fantastic, the crowd ate it up near the end, and i dont know who either guy is.

​Really? It’s a pretty famous match. Black Tiger is Marc "Rollerball" Rocco from England, and the Black Tiger character was kind of the evil version of Tiger Mask. The Cobra is George Takano, who had a famous tag team with his brother Shunji in Japan. I can understand why the WWF didn’t run with it at the time, since they didn’t really have a lot of guys under contract who could consistently do that style. The title was more for Japan purposes anyway, so they could maintain a relationship with New Japan until it fell apart COMPLETELY soon after. ​
