WWE And Arenas With Apathetic/Dead Crowds

Do you happen to know if WWE tries to avoid or limits televising events from arenas that are notorious for having apathetic/dead crowds? Thanks.

They used to, but seemingly they don’t care anymore. Now it’s more about travel convenience, I think.
