Tatanka… Buffalo

So Tatanka was given an undefeated streak.. then an ill-fated heel turn with DiBiase. I know we’re not up to that point yet in the Observer recaps, but was there any major plan for him? I mean, he wasn’t even given an IC title run.

He wasn’t ever planned as World champ or anything, but he was pencilled in as IC champ for the summer of 93. But you know, plans change and all.
