It was supposed to be a touring mascot for the WWF and a yearly deal at Survivor Series, but they did some test shows in December and it went over like a lead balloon, so they dropped it. Now you're probably thinking "Hey, keep Hector Guerrero around and push him instead", but alas Vince's brain doesn't work that way.
