Two (political) questions

As an outsider looking in at our US Democracy in action, I have two questions: 1) Why did you spend 8 hours paying attention to our nonsense Tuesday? I know why I did, but I’m curious as to your thoughts. 2) What do you think of American now that we’ve elected Trump?

Again, I’m curious because you’re from Canada, and I wondering why you care.

​Trainwrecks and circuses are fascinating, and this was a combination of both, complete with a twist ending.

As for the outcome, hey, democracy in action. America apparently felt that Trump and Clinton were the two most qualified people out of all 250 million to run the country, and that’s the choices you had to vote for. People were tired of corrupt old rich white guys running the country, so they voted in a corrupt rich old orange guy instead. ​
