Raven in 1997

Was wondering why he and Stevie wound up in WCW rather than WWF, considering all the promotional stuff going on between Vince and ECW. I know there’s some history with Raven in WWF. Was is that bad that Vince said no to Raven, or just that WCW’s offer was better?

Pretty sure WWF wasn’t going to make an offer. He had already kind of burned his bridges when he left, plus WCW made a crazy big offer that he would have been stupid to pass up.
