You’ve mentioned in the Observer rants how Crocket always tended to live beyond his means with the offices and jets etc., and that Vince threw every cent he could back into the WWF to make it successful. So when did Vince start living the high life? When did "Titan Tower" become a thing and he enjoyed his success? Maybe stopped wearing that grey three piece suit I always remembered from Maple Leaf Wrestling Hour on Saturday mornings.

​It feels like the mid-90s when he transitioned into the role of Rich Old White Dude and started doing wacky stuff like the USWA promos. Like you notice that instead of constantly upgrading the TV product like he did in the 80s, there was a while where it was all about scaling it back and doing smaller arenas with lower production values. And then WCW woke him up again.

As for Titan Towers, I forget when it was built. I think late 80s, but it’s always seemingly been around. ​
