And yet, everything remains FINE.

​Given I’m not a lawyer and thus this is all just wild speculation on my part, my guess would be that the vultures know the end is near, and thus everyone who could conceivably get a piece of the pie when the end comes is trying to get on the record as a debtor (debtee?) so that they stand a chance of reclaiming some money when the ship goes down. I believe a similar thing happened to ECW when they were about to go under.​
