Long time, occasional correspondent,
I’ve been over-served tonight and I’m watching War Games ’92 and it prompted a question…
What would’ve been the best WWE War Games match possible?’
\While I’m guessing that the "Invasion" is the only answer,.. I’d love to hear something else.
The Radicalz v. D-X in 2000 would have been pretty boss.
Or how about the Megapowers & British Bulldogs v. Hart Foundation & Honky Tonk Man & Greg Valentine in late 1987 as revenge for the Liz shove? Honky spending the whole match trying to avoid getting in would be gold.
Something Invasion era would give you The Rock/Kurt Angle/Undertaker/top team v. Steve Austin/HHH/RVD/top team, which would also be badass.
There’s never a wrong answer with the WarGames. Except when Russo is booking it.
