Rock and Wrestling Era

Since we love putting dates on various era like The Attitude Era, New Generation Era, etc. How long would you say the R&W Era lasted? 3 years, maybe (84-87). It seems like by WM 3, he’s promoting WM for it’s actual wrestling (even though celebs would still come) instead of just a celeb fest that just happen to involve some wrestling. Plus, even though it was in syndication for years, the actual Hulk Hogan cartoon only was on for two years.

​I think if we wanna be scientific about the whole thing, the Rock & Wrestling Era is a subset of the more important Hulkamania Era, which is much easier to quantify. 1984-1993, boom. ​
