Honky / Jake guitar shot question

Honky has always said the guitar was super gimmicked, and Jake has always said that it was real. I guess we’re at an impasse. I would think that Honky, a notably safe worker and friend to many, wouldn’t hit some dude with a real guitar, but shit happens. Maybe someone switched guitars? Stupider ribs have been known to happen.
