Sid/Snake bite

What’s this I’m reading that Sid was supposed to be bitten by the snake and not Savage? I know Sid injuring his bicep screwed some booking plans but were they going for a Sid/Jake feud into Survivor Series? Where does this leave Macho? I’m imagining Sid/Jake at Tuesday in Texas and Savage/Jake at Rumble?

​I don’t know about Sid getting the snake bite, but Warrior was supposed to be the guy feuding with Jake and obviously his leaving screwed all that up. I can’t even imagine what a trainwreck that Sid v. Jake would be. ​
