Keepin’ strong for The Rock!

> If i recall, the plan for WM30 was originally Rock vs Brock. Similarly, the plan for WM32 was (in some form) Rock vs HHH. Now, HHH beat Sting last year in order to be strong for Rock, yet at WM29, Brock LOST to HHH, before his big match with The Rock. Why, in your opinion, were these decisions made – for i can’t see a common denominator for the life of me.
