The Showst with the Most

The new RAW Supe-diddly-dupershow has an extra hour, and about the same amount of wrestling. That got me thinking:
What episodes of RAW had the least amount of wrestling? (I seem to recall you ending a rant with "X minutes of wrestling!")
What episodes had the most? (I'm guessing 60 Minute Iron-Man matches are pretty up there.)
Well certainly the least was RAW X, which had zero minutes of wrestling. For the most, it's usually the ones where they're in a foreign country with no PPV to promote, and they're just trying to fill time. Like the Shawn-Cena long match, or RAW Homecoming (not in a foreign country, but bear with me), or the one from Germany years back. Unlike CRZ, I don't keep detailed records of times and ratios, so I couldn't tell you for sure, but those answers feel right to me.
