Roman Reigns & Jey Uso Set To Team Up At WWE SummerSlam

Paul Heyman has accepted Roman Reigns and Jey Uso’s challenge for WWE SummerSlam on behalf of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
On the July 21st edition of Raw, Heyman tried to get Reigns to reunite with him and lead Breakker and Reed in the absence of Seth Rollins. Reigns refused, instead attacking the pair. He quickly found himself on the receiving end of a beatdown until Jey Uso ran to the ring to make the save. The show ended with Reigns and Uso hugging in the middle of the ring.
After the show, Reigns took to social media to issue a challenge to Breakker and Reed for SummerSlam and asked Uso to trust him and join him in the match. Uso soon responded in his own video, confirming he would team up with the Tribal Chief for the first time since Survivor Series in November 2024.
Paul Heyman Accepts Roman Reigns’ Challenge For WWE SummerSlam
The last piece of the puzzle fell into place when TMZ asked Paul Heyman for his thoughts on the challenge. The Wise Man was more than willing to accept the bout, and left Reigns to pick which night of SummerSlam it would happen.
“Roman Reigns has picked his poison, now Roman Reigns can pick the date, Saturday, Sunday, it doesn’t matter to us. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed accept the challenge of Roman Reigns and Jey Uso for Summerslam. Welcome to my island of relevancy.”
When asked if it was official, Heyman didn’t mince his words.
“If I say it, it’s biblical bitches!”
