Dave Meltzer has released his star ratings for the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble, giving the event an overall score of 3.69 stars.

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer rated four matches from the show. Despite criticism from some fans and pundits, only one bout exceeded the four-star mark, with the remaining matches all scoring above three stars.
