Darby Allin Hospitalised After Recent Match

Darby Allin was taken to the hospital following his match last week against Kevin Knight.
On last week’s episode of Dynamite, Darby Allin faced off against Kevin Knight in the Continental Classic 2025 Gold League Match, where Knight picked up the victory in the tournament. Now, on last night’s episode of Dynamite, commentator Excalibur revealed that Allin was taken to the hospital following his bout and showed a video of Allin in a hospital room on a stretcher wearing a neck brace.
Excalibur also added that Allin will not be cleared to compete or travel, but did not clarify what injury Allin has suffered from. It remains to be seen if this injury will impact Allin’s involvement in the Continental Classic tournament.
How Long Has Darby Allin Been With AEW?
Darby Allin joined AEW in April 2019 and made his debut at Fyter Fest on June 29 of that year, where he wrestled Cody Rhodes to a time limit draw. Allin has since gone on to become a major star for the company, capturing the AEW World Tag Team Title with Sting in 2024, and winning the TNT Title twice, once in 2020, and again in 2023.
Allin is also the current record holder for the longest number of reigns for the TNT Championship, with a combined number of days of 214.
