WWE Crown Jewel 2026 is reportedly being moved to a new venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, amid escalating security concerns ahead of the November 7 event. The official Riyadh Season account confirmed the venue change, announcing that all existing ticket holders would receive full refunds and that tickets would go back on sale within 24 hours. The new venue has not yet been revealed.
The announcement follows an increase in missile and drone attacks linked to Yemen’s Houthi movement, with Saudi air defences reportedly intercepting missiles targeting Riyadh and the Eastern Province. The United States continues to maintain a Level 3 travel advisory for Saudi Arabia, warning of potential attacks, terrorism and armed conflict. The US State Department has also ordered non-emergency government employees and their families to leave the country due to safety risks. Despite the uncertainty, Crown Jewel is still expected to take place in Riyadh.
Asuka receives police duty in Osaka amid WWE absence
WWE star Asuka has announced that she will serve as a one-day police chief at the Oyodo Police Station in her hometown of Osaka, Japan, on November 27, 2026. The former WWE Women’s Champion revealed the honorary appointment on social media, confirming that she will attend an event at the Kita Ward Citizens’ Hall, where she will distribute signed police merchandise and autograph items brought by fans.
Further details regarding the event’s start time are expected to be announced. The appearance comes amid Asuka’s ongoing absence from WWE television, having last competed at Backlash in May 2026, where she lost to IYO SKY. She has not appeared on WWE programming since, and no timetable for her return has been confirmed.
WWE 2K26 Street Fighter Pack Drops With Final Ringside Pass
The WWE 2K26 X Street Fighter Elite Pack is now available as a standalone purchase, marking the first collaboration between WWE 2K and Capcom. Announced on October 15, the downloadable content features five playable WWE Superstars dressed as iconic Street Fighter characters: The Rock as M. Bison, Rey Mysterio as Ryu, Bianca Belair as Cammy, Ultimate Warrior as Blanka and Dominik Mysterio as Ken.
The character designs are inspired by Mattel’s WWE X Street Fighter Elite Collection action figures, which launched in 2025. The pack launched alongside Season 6 of WWE 2K26’s Ringside Pass, but isn’t included in any existing bundle or premium edition. This means even owners of the Monday Night War Edition, which includes all six Ringside Pass seasons, must purchase the crossover pack separately.
