Evening Daily News Update – October 16, 2026

Good evening doomers, and welcome to your Evening Daily News Update for Friday, October 16th, 2026. Pour one out for the Los Angeles Dodgers, as we’re guranteed either a 1st-time World Series Champion, or the first Championship for a club since we only had 48 recognized States of America. We have Game 4 of the ALCS as the Tampa Bay Rays look to even the series with Cleveland, and WWE Friday Night Smackdown should be something, I’m sure.

We missed something last night, so friendly reminder to check out Kat’s NXT 2.0 Rewind from November 23rd, 2021. We also have Scott H’s recap of last night’s episode of TNA Impact, Alex’s Mid-Tier Match Reviewsreturns featuring KENTA, Mike Reviews the January 15th, 2000 episode of WCW Saturday Night, and Logan’s World Was Watching the August 12th, 1996 episode of WWF Raw. YOURS TRULY will be back on Monday with a new Fan-Cam Files Review, from February 1992. Gotta knock out those obligations so I can coast through the remaining dates of the 4th quarter.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Preview:
Tonight, we have Rey Fenix defending the AAA World Cruiserweight Title against Ricky Saints, R-Truth takes on former partner Damian Priest, Nikki Bella and Paige turn back the clock in their one-on-one encounter, and we’ll see Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes.
