WWE Star Plans To Bring Back Previous Title Design After SummerSlam Win

Baron Corbin says he plans to restore the WWE United States Championship to its original appearance after defeating Trick Williams for the title at SummerSlam. Speaking on the post-show, Corbin said he intends to remove the faux-fur design Williams recently added to the belt, believing the championship deserves to be returned to its “pristine original state” and treated with the respect it deserves.

Kevin Owens reveals when he was cleared for WWE in-ring return

Kevin Owens has revealed he was only medically cleared to return to the ring a few weeks before SummerSlam after spending more than a year recovering from a serious injury. Speaking at the SummerSlam Night Two post-show, Owens admitted there was a point where he feared his career was over, but after months of scans showed little progress, doctors finally saw enough healing to clear him, paving the way for his surprise return and victory that earned him a future World Championship match against CM Punk.

JBL: ‘I Think’ Chad Gable Might Be The Best Worker In The World’

JBL has hailed Chad Gable as “the best worker in the world” after being impressed by his recent performances in AAA. Speaking on Something to Wrestle, JBL said Gable elevated his game during his run in the promotion and credited, in part, The Undertaker’s influence, while Gable himself recently revealed that Undertaker, who heads AAA’s creative team, helped unlock a new side of his performances after years of others trying to do the same.
