WWE Shareholder Lawsuit Settled Before Trial
A proposed settlement has reportedly been reached in the WWE shareholder lawsuit against Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, and other executives, leading to the cancellation of a trial scheduled to begin on June 8. The lawsuit alleged that McMahon and WWE leadership breached their fiduciary duties during WWE’s sale to Endeavor and the formation of TKO Group Holdings, claiming the deal unfairly benefited McMahon and Endeavor at the expense of shareholders. The reported settlement comes shortly after the court sanctioned the defendants for failing to preserve Signal messages deemed relevant evidence.

TNA later confirmed that it had granted releases to both Maclin and Myla Grace, wishing them well in their future endeavours. AEW Reportedly Set To Sign ‘Nationally Televised Talent’ This Summer
AEW is reportedly planning to add new talent to its roster this summer. According to Fightful Select, the promotion is expected to sign wrestlers with national television experience, although no specific names were mentioned in the report. The timing has fuelled speculation because several recently released WWE stars will become free agents once their 90-day non-compete clauses expire following WWE’s post-WrestleMania 42 roster cuts.
