Vince McMahon, WWE Execs Face Sanctions Motion Over Alleged Destruction of Evidence In TKO Merger Lawsuit

Plaintiffs in the lawsuit over WWE’s merger with Endeavor have filed a motion in Delaware Chancery Court seeking sanctions against Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, and Paul Levesque, alleging key evidence was destroyed, including messages sent through the encrypted app Signal. The filing claims several WWE figures, including Stephanie McMahon and Brad Blum, failed to preserve communications related to the merger despite legal notices.

Plaintiffs argue the missing evidence would likely have been damaging to the defendants and are asking the court to assume as much at trial. The motion also references a previously undisclosed December 13, 2022, meeting between Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan, and Endeavor executives Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro, which plaintiffs say supports their claim that the merger forming TKO Group Holdings was predetermined. The case is ongoing, with a trial scheduled for June 2026.

WWE “Pleasantly Surprised” By Danhausen’s Merchandise Numbers

Danhausen’s WWE debut is already paying off commercially. According to PWInsider, WWE officials have been pleasantly surprised by the early sales of his merchandise following his appearance at Elimination Chamber in Chicago, with Danhausen confirming his debut shirt has become the top seller on WWEShop.com. The character has also made an immediate impact on television, including placing a “curse” on Dominik Mysterio during the March 2 episode of Raw before Mysterio later lost the Intercontinental Championship to Penta. Danhausen is reportedly expected to be at the WWE Performance Center this week and is scheduled to appear at Friday’s SmackDown in Phoenix.

A&E, WWE Set April 26 Premiere For Returning Series

A&E and WWE have announced the return of three television series as part of their ongoing partnership. New seasons of “Biography: WWE Legends,” “WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats),” and “WWE’s Greatest Moments” will premiere on April 26, beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The lineup will include documentary profiles of legendary figures such as The Legion of Doom, The Four Horsemen, and the Von Erich family, a revamped competition series featuring rising WWE talent training at the Performance Center, and a countdown-style show hosted by Michael Cole highlighting iconic moments from WWE history.

Wrestling Legend Added To WWE 2K26 Video Game

Brian Pillman will be included as a playable character in WWE 2K26, which releases soon with one of the series’ largest rosters. The news was shared by his son, WWE NXT star Lexis King, who revealed that Pillman will be part of the game’s Ringside Pass DLC and that players will also be able to use them together as a tag team. Pillman was known for his influential runs in WCW, ECW, and WWE during the 1990s before his death in 1997.
