It’s the last day of September! And it’s also time for the Morning Daily News! It’s almost time to go and buy Halloween sweets, then eat them all yourself, feel terrible about it, go out and buy more and do it all again. But enough of that, let’s take a look at what’s new on the blog! First up, we’ve got Rock Star Gary’s latest WCCW review from May 14, 1988, Alex Podgorski has uploaded part 14 of his 5-Star BOOK review of Mitsuharu Misawa’s books, Jabroniville has given us a new Joshi Spotlight, LScisco has posted a new WTWWW for WWF Wrestling Challenge from June 5, 1994, and of course we have Kat’s review of WWE Raw from last night’s show!

Roman Reigns returns, confronts The Vision on WWE Raw

Roman Reigns returned to the WWE last night on Raw during The Usos vs. The Vision Tornado Tag Team match to continue his feud with Heyman’s new faction by attacking Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker with a steel chair. This interference allowed The Usos to pick up the win by hitting a double splash to Bron Breakker.

Kofi Kingston Injury Update Following Match On WWE Raw

Also, on last night’s Raw, a scary moment during the LA Knight vs. Kofi Kingston match saw Kingston collide headfirst into one of Knight’s knees as he attempted to run ropes, resulting in Kingston appearing to be dazed and unsteady on his feet for a few minutes. It has since been reported that Kingston is not listed on WWE’s internal injury list, suggesting that he is not seriously hurt.

Sting’s Son Steven Borden to Make Wrestling Debut in October at NYC Art Event

The son of wrestling legend Sting, Steven Borden, is set to make his pro wrestling debut next month at the 52W Hardway: Live Wrestling Nights event in New York City. The event is in partnership with artist Raymond Pettibon, and AEW’s Darby Allin, and Charlie Ramone and will feature live wrestling alongside contemporary art on October 3 and October 10.

Tag Team Grudge Match Added To WWE Crown Jewel 2025

Last night on Raw, a match for WWE Crown Jewel was made official following the opening segment on Raw that saw Asuka and Kairi Sane attacking both IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley. Later on the show, SKY spoke to Raw GM Adam Pearce, who made the tag match between SKY and Ripley against Asuka and Sane official for Crown Jewel.
