Bryan Danielson ‘infinitely more confident’ about retirement now compared to 2016

Bryan Danielson has spoken about his retirement and said that he feels “infinitely more content” about having retired in October last year than his first retirement in 2016. Despite being happy with his second retirement, he has not completely ruled out the possibility of his returning to wrestling, but did say that he can’t compete at the same level that he once did and would have to adjust his style if he were to step back into the ring.

Tony Khan Addresses WWE Scheduling Shows Opposite AEW

Tony Khan has addressed the fact that WWE has been running shows head-to-head against AEW pay-per-views this year and said that, despite the fierce competition, AEW has had a great year and that the viewership figures for AEW shows have increased from last year, despite analysts predicting that they would decrease.

WWE Star Injured At TNA Impact Tapings

WWE NXT star Ridge Holland has picked up an injury at a recent TNA taping. The English star was wrestling against Moose on Saturday when he landed awkwardly on his ankle, and the match had to be stopped as Holland was unable to bear weight on his injured ankle. The extent of his injury is currently unknown.

WWE Ref Aja Smith Addresses SmackDown Pin Controversy

WWE referee Aja Smith has responded to the backlash she has received from fans over a botched pin on Friday’s SmackDown, where she did not count to three on a pinfall attempt by Tiffany Stratton on Nia Jax despite Jax not kicking out of the pin. Smith addressed the criticisms on social media and said that she is only human but will strive to be better.
